10 Typical Cases of Infringement and Counterfeiting Crimes Using the Internet

Five, Guangdong Qingyuan public security organs cracked the "10 23" case of manufacturing and selling counterfeit brand hair dryers.
In April this year, the public security organs of Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, based on reports from the masses, detected a case of using e-commerce platform to manufacture and sell counterfeit brand hair dryers, arrested 55 suspects, smashed 3 dens for counterfeiting and selling fakes, and seized a large number of finished hair dryers, semi-finished products and counterfeit raw materials on the spot. After investigation, the criminal suspect Liang and others set up dens to produce more than 47,000 counterfeit brand hair dryers, and sold them online and offline at the same time, involving more than 100 million yuan.
Six, Qiqihar, Heilongjiang public security organs cracked the "June 10" case of manufacturing and selling counterfeit brand watches.

Nine, Fujian Putian public security organs cracked the case of "July 13" impersonating overseas purchasing and selling counterfeit brand bags.
In May this year, the public security organs of Putian City, Fujian Province, according to the report of the e-commerce platform, cracked a case of opening an online shop to sell counterfeit brand bags, arrested 12 suspects and seized a large number of counterfeit brand bags, involving more than 130 million yuan, completely eradicating a black criminal industrial chain of "domestic manufacturing, overseas warehousing and transshipment, and e-commerce sales returning to the territory".
