  Feng Xingliang, chief representative of the Beijing Representative Office of the International Business Department of North Rhine-westfalen, Germany, said that North Rhine-is a federal state with the largest population and the strongest economic strength in Germany, and it is also one of the federal states with the closest economic and trade ties with China. Up to now, North Rhine-Westphalia has more than 1,600 enterprises in China, accounting for nearly one-third of the total number of German enterprises in China, and more than 1,200 China enterprises have invested in North Rhine-Westphalia.

  "North Rhine-Westphalia is the most intensive place for exhibitions in the world. Emerging industries, scientific research and education, digital economy and other fields are developing rapidly. Welcome China enterprises to come here and talk about cooperation and development." Feng Xingliang said when introducing the economic and trade investment environment and industrial cooperation opportunities in the state.

  Lin Yuan, the first-class inspector of Shandong Provincial Committee of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, said in his speech that Shandong is the only province in China with a permanent population and a registered population of over 100 million, and its economic volume ranks third in China. North Rhine-Westphalia is the most populous and densely populated federal state in Germany, with pillar industries such as machinery manufacturing, automobiles and parts, chemicals, energy and so on, which is highly compatible with Shandong industries. "Next year, we plan to organize Shandong enterprises to enter Germany, hold industrial cooperation and exchange activities, promote the deep integration of industries of both sides, and jointly escort Chinese and German enterprises in both directions."
