[Continue to write more stories about spring and enter the national new district of special economic zones] Changchun New District: attracting investment is the "lifeline" of high-quality development.

CCTV News:"Insist on attracting investment as the" lifeline "for the high-quality development of the new district, and always implement ‘ The project is established, and the project is Wang ’ The development concept, shouldering heavy burdens and innovative measures, and paying close attention to the implementation of investment promotion have made outstanding contributions to the development of the province and the city. " Recently, Shi Yixuan, deputy director of the Bureau of Commerce and Foreign Affairs of Changchun New Area, introduced in detail the reform of the investment attraction system and mechanism explored by Changchun New Area in the cloud discussion of "Continue to write more stories about spring and enter the national new area of special economic zones".

Try first and deepen the reform of the system and mechanism of attracting investment. Starting from the reality, Changchun New District has continuously deepened the reform of investment promotion system and mechanism, and set up 14 investment promotion departments including the New District Bureau of Commerce. Focusing on the implementation of the goal of "specialization and precision", it has continuously innovated the investment promotion mode, strengthened the functions of investment promotion departments, increased the strength of investment promotion personnel, and established a investment promotion team of more than 130 people. Changchun New District has also formulated the Work Plan for Collaborative Investment Promotion between Investment Promotion System and State-owned Platform in Changchun New District, giving full play to the advantages of investment promotion system and state-owned platform companies in professional investment promotion, business investment promotion and investment promotion in parks, and further optimizing the stock of state-owned assets and incremental resource allocation.

Focus on leading industries and create an industrial ecology that promotes innovation with leading enterprises. Since the establishment of the new district, around the spatial layout of Jilin Province’s "one master and six pairs" industry, the strategic task of Changchun’s "four major sectors" has been implemented, and the leading industries have been enlarged and strengthened in an all-round way. More than 500 industrial projects have been introduced successively, and in-depth cooperation has been carried out with Bosch, Sinopharm Group, China Great Wall, China Resources Group, Huawei, Zhongxing Microelectronics, Fusheng Lear and other domestic and foreign top 500 enterprises and industry leaders, with the cooperation signing amount exceeding 3. While comprehensively promoting the building of the industrial chain of leading industries, the new district focuses on building the industrial ecology and improving the supporting functions of industries, and strives to promote the construction of industrial parks such as Changchun Beihu Science and Technology Park, Changchun High-tech Zone Automotive Electronics Industrial Park and Zhongbai Science and Technology Park, and build a brand of investment promotion in the park with professional operation, all-factor allocation and full service, and has settled in more than 1,000 small and medium-sized enterprises.

Focus on opening to the outside world and build an open cooperation platform. Organize relevant departments to simultaneously promote the infrastructure construction, port function improvement and park investment promotion of Changchun International Airport (dry port) and Changchun International Airport in accordance with the idea of "planning, construction, declaration and investment promotion" to realize the China-Europe train (Changchun — Hamburg) normal operation, promote the approval of the airport economic demonstration zone; At the same time, expand the domestic cooperation platform. Signed strategic cooperation agreements with 10 regions, including Hangzhou High-tech Zone, Tianjin Binhai New Area and Xixian New Area, established a normalized exchange and cooperation mechanism, learned advanced concepts, copied innovative practices, undertook industrial transfer and promoted enterprise cooperation through high-level exchange visits, attachment of cadres and activities. We will steadily push forward counterpart cooperation projects such as the new economic industrial park in Jizhe and Zhejiang and the "Jizhehui" joint incubation base.

Organize and participate in all kinds of major investment promotion activities to expand the popularity of the new district. In the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Bohai Rim and other places, special promotion conferences for Changchun New District were held, with the theme of attracting investment from biomedicine, advanced manufacturing and other industries, and invited industry leaders and well-known enterprises to participate in the conference to publicize and promote the development of the new district and enhance project reserves.

Gather enterprises in the region and establish Changchun New Area Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce). In order to give full play to the resource advantages of non-public enterprises and the intellectual advantages of entrepreneurs in the region, strengthen business investment, effectively introduce and promote major projects for local economic development, Changchun New District Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce) was established in April 2019. In the same year, in order to further accelerate industrial agglomeration and promote exchanges and cooperation between upstream and downstream industries, the Federation of Industry and Commerce led the establishment of four grass-roots industry chambers of commerce in Changchun New Area, including automobiles and parts, optoelectronics and intelligent manufacturing, biomedicine and health, incubators and industrial parks. At present, the total number of members of the New District Federation of Industry and Commerce and industry chambers of commerce has increased from 131 at the beginning of its establishment to 255.

Tangyuan and Yuanxiao, are they the same?

The following article comes from the scientific rumor, written by Xue Qingxin.

Science dispels rumors.

Sponsored by China Association for Science and Technology, Health and Wellness Committee, Emergency Management Department, General Administration of Market Supervision and other ministries and commissions, guided by the Central Network Information Office, and jointly created by national societies, authoritative media, social institutions and scientific and technological workers.

On the Lantern Festival, there are traditional customs of burning lanterns to offer sacrifices to Buddha, enjoying lanterns, dancing lions, solve riddles on the lanterns and eating glutinous rice balls. However, many people still don’t know clearly: Are glutinous rice balls and glutinous rice balls the same? What is the difference? Today we will talk about the difference between the two and how to eat healthier.

01

What’s the difference between Yuanxiao and Tangyuan?

Although Yuanxiao and Tangyuan are both round and eaten on the fifteenth day of the first month, they are not the same thing. The difference is:

▲ Figure worm creativity

Practice: Yuanxiao is "rolled out" and glutinous rice balls are "wrapped". The traditional practice of Yuanxiao is based on stuffing. First, fix the stuffing, then put the stuffing on a sieve with a lot of glutinous rice flour and roll it around … until it becomes a ball covered with glutinous rice flour. The glutinous rice dumplings are made with glutinous rice skin first, and then the stuffing is wrapped in it.

▲ Figure worm creativity

(2) Cooking: Under normal circumstances, Yuanxiao is steamed or fried too much (if it needs to be cooked, it will take a long time and the soup will be turbid), and the dumplings are mostly cooked.

③ Taste: Yuanxiao tastes hard, while Tangyuan tastes soft.

④ Storage method: Tangyuan can be frozen for a long time, but Yuanxiao can’t. Yuanxiao is usually made and sold now, because it is easy to crack if it is frozen.

02

Is glutinous rice balls easy to digest or difficult to digest?

Glutinous rice will be used to make glutinous rice balls. Many people think that glutinous rice is sticky and difficult to digest, which is really a little misunderstanding.

The starch structure of white rice flour is amylose, while more than 99% of glutinous rice is amylopectin, which is more branched in structure and easier to gelatinize. When people digest starch, they hydrolyze it from the molecular end, while amylopectin is more easily hydrolyzed and digested because of many branches.

Therefore, compared with the rice flour we usually eat, the glycemic index of glutinous rice is also faster. The GI of rice is 82, while that of glutinous rice is 87. People think that glutinous rice is difficult to digest, probably because foods that use glutinous rice, such as glutinous rice balls, Yuanxiao and Babao rice, often add a lot of sugar and fat at the same time, giving people a feeling of "greasy".

▲ Schematic diagram of the difference between amylose (left) and amylopectin (right) |

In a word, warm glutinous rice balls/Yuanxiao are easy to digest. However, if you wait until the dumplings/Yuanxiao are cold before eating, not only will the texture become hard, it will be more difficult to chew, but it will also increase the difficulty of digestion, and acid reflux and heartburn may occur.

03

Is sugar-free healthier?

The appearance of "sugar-free glutinous rice balls/Yuanxiao" in the market is the "focus" that diabetics and weight-loss partners pay attention to, thinking that eating it can not only worry about the rise of blood sugar, but also gain weight without excessive intake of sugar, so eating it is often unscrupulous.

In fact, even "sugar-free dumplings/Yuanxiao" doesn’t mean it’s healthier! For example, the xylitol peanut glutinous rice balls shown below are sugar-free, but xylitol is used instead of the added sugar in the stuffing, but the calories, fat and carbohydrate are not low.

For example, 100 grams of glutinous rice balls (about 8) is equivalent to 2.5 small bowls of cooked rice. And will eat 14.4 grams of fat, accounting for almost half of the daily fat intake recommended by the Dietary Guidelines for China Residents.

In addition, although xylitol has little effect on postprandial blood sugar, after all, glutinous rice flour is the main raw material of glutinous rice dumplings and Yuanxiao, and the overall carbohydrate and fat content have not decreased much. Eating too much will still cause relatively large postprandial blood sugar fluctuations, which will also lead to excessive calorie intake and increase the risk of obesity.

Therefore, even the "sugar-free dumplings/Yuanxiao" may not be very healthy, but you should eat it slowly.

04

Clever collocation can make you eat healthily.

Tangyuan and Yuanxiao are also proper staple foods. Although they are not big, they are not low in calories. To slow down postprandial blood sugar and control weight, the most important thing is to learn to match.

① Reduce the staple food: Tangyuan/Yuanxiao is the staple food, so this meal should reduce the intake of other rice noodles, or if you don’t eat other rice noodles, you should take Tangyuan or Yuanxiao as the staple food and eat a few less. It is recommended to control it to 4~5, which is equivalent to the heat of 1~1.5 bowls of rice.

2 increase vegetables: vegetables are rich in dietary fiber, which can enhance satiety, promote gastrointestinal peristalsis, and delay postprandial blood sugar. It is suggested that you can eat 1.5~2 fists of cooked green leafy vegetables per meal.

▲ Figure worm creativity

③ protein should not be less: moderate intake of protein can also delay postprandial blood sugar. Eating eggs, meat, fish, shrimp and bean products together with staple food can reduce postprandial blood sugar reaction. For example, the GI of white rice is 82, but the GI of rice+fish is only 37; The GI of steamed bread is 88, but the GI of steamed bread+sauce beef is only 49. [1]

In addition to paying attention to the above collocation in diet, you should also pay attention to the selection of glutinous rice balls/Yuanxiao: try to choose the one with low calorie and fat content, and it is best not to contain lard in the ingredient list.

This is because some studies have shown that after adding lard, the time for the blood sugar of glutinous rice to rise to the peak after a meal will be delayed, and the peak blood sugar will still be high, while higher fat will also reduce the blood sugar control ability of the next meal. And the results of animal experiments show that excessive lard may promote insulin resistance and hyperglycemia. [2]

05

These five types of people should pay attention to eating glutinous rice balls/Yuanxiao.

① People with three highs must eat less: blood sugar is higher after meals.

② People who lose weight should eat less: Tangyuan and Yuanxiao are not low in calories.

3 Old people and children should eat less: avoid increasing the burden of digestion.

④ It is best for infants under 3 years old not to eat: even if the skin is not hot, the temperature of the stuffing is high, which is easy to burn, and sticky glutinous rice is easy to choke and there is a risk of suffocation.

5 people with gastrointestinal discomfort and poor digestive ability should eat less: avoid gastrointestinal discomfort.

Summary:

Tangyuan and Yuanxiao are not a kind of food. No matter which one you eat, you must control the amount. Lantern Festival, the moon, and the fifteenth day of the first month are round and round! Although Yuanxiao and Tangyuan are delicious, be careful that if you eat too much, it will become a "round pier"! I wish you all a happy Lantern Festival! Jiang Hong’s point of view: "Show boycott" becomes the biggest international joke in 2022.

Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, January 29th Jiang Hong’s point of view: "Show boycott" becomes the biggest international joke in 2022.

Xinhua News Agency reporter Jiang Hong

The world-famous 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics will open in five days. More than 30,000 visitors from all over the world, including ice and snow athletes, members of the Olympic family and media reporters, are arriving in Beijing one after another. On the 28th, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China also announced the list of international dignitaries who came to China to attend the opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympics and related activities. Dozens of foreign heads of state, heads of government, members of the royal family and heads of international organizations, including Russian President Putin, UN Secretary-General Guterres and WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, will come to Beijing in a few days. Many of them came not far from Wan Li, and some of them visited China for the first time.

On January 13th, UN Secretary-General Guterres emphasized that the Olympic Games can promote world peace. Guterres has confirmed that China will attend the Beijing Winter Olympics in the future. Xinhua News Agency reporter Xie Yushe

Under the international background that the global epidemic is still spreading, the economy continues to decline and the world is experiencing difficult times, such a luxurious large-scale global event is like a beam of light that illuminates and warms all the villagers in the global village. Everything is ready in Beijing, just waiting for the feast!

Looking back now, the so-called "boycott" and "not sending government officials" that some western anti-China politicians have been clamoring for in recent years, especially in recent months, have become the biggest international joke in 2022.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on January 25th that both Russia and China oppose the politicization of sports, the "show-style" boycott and abide by the Olympic spirit of advocating equality and justice. The word "show boycott" is well used, which can be said to be very accurate and vividly shows the essence that some western politicians tried to manipulate sports topics for show, but they were slapped in the face.

I remember that before the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008, a few western anti-China forces staged a farce of "boycott", but it did not affect the Beijing Olympic Games as an "unparalleled" event and was engraved in the Olympic history. In the process of preparing for the Beijing Winter Olympics, some western politicians played the noisy "boycott" trick that they were good at. Later, they were unanimously condemned and criticized by global athletes who resolutely defended their sports career interests and the right to participate in the Olympic Games, and then they threw out the so-called "not sending officials to participate in the Beijing Winter Olympics" stunt. No matter what kind of absurd "moths" they throw, they are just self-deceiving. They can’t shake the yearning and expectation of the world’s ice and snow athletes for the Beijing Winter Olympics at all, and can’t shake the process that Beijing will once again contribute a wonderful event to the world as the "Double Olympic City".

Foreign athletes, officials, media reporters, etc. who have arrived in Beijing all praised the Beijing Winter Olympics as a perfect competition venue, thoughtful and meticulous organization and reception, precise and strict epidemic prevention and control measures, and there is no lack of humanity. In the closed loop, in the competition venues and the media center, the reporter saw that the reception organizers were warm, thoughtful, fast and efficient, and the work and life of foreign people in China were orderly and relaxed, just waiting for the opening of the Winter Olympics. A foreign blogger named "Living in China" ("Living in China") said in a live broadcast on overseas social media: "I believe that at present, no country can be more fully prepared and capable of hosting the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics."

International Olympic Committee President Bach said that some countries sent delegations to attend the Winter Olympics for the first time, which fully showed that the Beijing Winter Olympics was widely supported by the international community.

On October 25th, 2021, the theme event of the 100th countdown to the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics was held in Beijing. IOC President thomas bach delivered a speech via video link. Xinhua News Agency reporter Yan Huanzong photo

In the beginning of spring season of the Year of the Tiger in 2022, the whole world gathered in Beijing and focused on China, which confirmed an old China wisdom: "Germany is not alone, there must be neighbors."

Before the opening of the Tokyo Olympic Games held half a year ago, the International Olympic Committee kept pace with the times and updated the Olympic motto that had been used for a hundred years to: "Faster, higher and stronger — — More United. " This is also the common aspiration of all the villagers in the global village. Beijing Winter Olympics is the first global comprehensive sports event held as scheduled since the COVID-19 epidemic. As Ukrainian Olympic Committee President bubka said, sports help people overcome the difficulties together, and Beijing Winter Olympics will send a firm signal that human beings can unite to overcome the epidemic.

When the ancient Chinese civilization and the Olympic civilization meet again in this Year of the Tiger, when the Olympic ideal of faster, higher, stronger and more United meets the wisdom of China, who is building a community of human destiny, it will surely collide with colorful sparks of human wisdom and explore a bright future for the development of earth civilization.

Today’s New Year’s Eve, why not "30"? It changed to "29 years old" after a difference of one or two seconds, and it came back three years later.

The Spring Festival is approaching Shencheng with a strong flavor.
Today’s New Year’s Eve, I believe everyone is looking forward to a big dinner tonight. We have habitually called New Year’s Eve "New Year’s Eve". However, have you noticed that there is no "New Year’s Eve" this year, only "Year 29"?
In fact, this is all because our lunar calendar is "too reasonable".
Where is the New Year’s Eve?
Shi Kun, director of the Network Science Department of the Exhibition and Education Center of the Shanghai Planetarium, said that the solar calendar is the most commonly used in our life. In fact, it is more precisely the Gregorian calendar, or Gregory calendar. For example, January 1st of New Year’s Day, May 1st of Labor Day, October 1st of National Day, etc., all these festivals use the Gregorian calendar. The Gregorian calendar refers to the period of revolution-Tropic Year of the Earth, with an average of 365.2422 days a year.
The lunar calendar, on the other hand, is a combined calendar of yin and yang, and its month length is determined with reference to the apparent movement of the moon-the cycle of phase change. The moon’s cycle of "rain or shine" is called the new moon, the new moon is the new moon and the full moon is the hope, hence the name. The average length of a first lunar month is 29.5306 days (29 days, 12 hours and 44 minutes). Therefore, the number of days in the lunar month is either 30 days or 29 days, so there is a folk saying that "the big month is 30 days and the small month is 29 days". However, the arrangement of the big moon and the small moon is not arranged at regular intervals, but is completely decided by the moon phase.
We often say that "the lunar calendar is a traditional calendar in China with a history of thousands of years", but this statement is not accurate. Chinese culture has a long history, and there have been more than 100 calendars in thousands of years. The lunar calendar is only the calendar currently used, but it inherits the ancient calendars such as the summer calendar in terms of big principles and algorithms. The compilation of the lunar calendar stipulates that the first day of each month, that is, the "first day", is determined by the time when the "new moon" appears. This principle is called "the method of determining the new moon".
Accord to that compilation and promulgation of the lunar calendar drafted by Purple Mountain observatory of Chinese academy of science, "Shuori is the first lunar day of the lunar month", that is to say, the first day of each lunar month is Shuori. From "New Moon" to "Hope" and then to the next "New Moon", the period is about 29.53 days, so the calculated number of lunar months is either 29 days for a small moon or 30 days for a big moon.
Round counting, the lunar month is divided into 30 days and 29 days according to the size. If the twelfth lunar month happens to meet the lunar abortion, there will be no "New Year’s Eve".
Specifically, because it coincides with the 29-day abortion, the "New Year’s Eve" on the day before the Spring Festival of the Year of the Tiger in the upcoming lunar calendar has been "omitted".
There will be no "New Year’s Eve" in the next five years.
In fact, there are many times when the twelfth lunar month meets the abortion, and it is not uncommon for the twelfth lunar month to meet the abortion. There is no "New Year’s Eve" in the past 2013, 2016, and the next five years from 2025 to 2029.
Are there any rules?
"It is generally regular, but it seems that the regularity is not very strong locally." Shi Kun explained that it was because the moon, a satellite, was not small compared with the earth around which it revolved, so the orbit of the moon was not simple. It kept swinging, as if it were dancing a very complicated "waltz" between the earth and the moon. A lunar cycle averages 29.5306 days, but it is only average, which does not mean that every month is 29.5306 days. Similarly, the length of a lunar year may be 354 days or 355 days, which is not fixed (the probability of 354 days is higher).
If you don’t understand, imagine the extreme situation: if the new moon occurs at 23: 59, the number of days in the lunar month will be one day less; If the new moon happens at 0: 01, there will be an extra day. It is no exaggeration to say that a difference of one or two minutes can determine whether New Year’s Eve is "30" or "29".
The lunar calendar is so "reasonable", let nature decide everything!

Simazhuang Village: Sign a contract to grow vegetables at work and bid farewell to getting up in the early morning.

Editor’s note:Now when it comes to rural revitalization, everyone loves to mention "one village, one product" and hopes that the countryside will develop its own characteristics. In this sense, Simazhuang Village in Qingxian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province can be said to have brought its "characteristics" to the extreme. The special food industry here has become the "golden business card" of Hebei Province, and it has been constantly innovating and leading for 23 years, driving 6,000 villagers in the village to become rich.Nowadays, the rural professional cooperative mode, brand management ideas, leisure farm construction and vegetable variety selection here have strong reference significance.
Qingxian County, Cangzhou City, is a big county of vegetable production in Hebei Province, but in Qingxian County, everyone knows "Fu" and vegetable feast, which are the characteristic vegetable brands of Sima Zhuang Village, and the small village has a national well-known trademark. In fact, even in the big cities of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, many special vegetables are supplied here, including peony cabbage, thumb cucumber, cherry tomato … more than 500 kinds of special vegetables and new varieties of fruits and vegetables, which constitute the most complete variety of special vegetables in Hebei Province. In terms of planting selection, most of the varieties selected locally are varieties with novel taste but relatively low yield, "not pursuing yield, only caring about quality".
There are two kinds of farmers in the village. One is to "work" in the park and get paid monthly for eight hours of work, and the other is to "sign up for vegetables". As long as the vegetables meet the requirements of the cooperative, the purchase price will be better than the general market price. In Sima Zhuang village, everyone’s life is very practical and very exciting.
There are more than 500 kinds of excellent vegetables in Simazhuang village. Beijing News reporter Yang Yijing photo
"Food in Qingxian shed in the morning, food on the table in Beijing and Tianjin at noon"
In the past many years, at 2: 00 or 3: 00 in the morning, perhaps many city people who like to stay up late just fell asleep, but some farmers in Simazhuang village have already got up, and they have taken baskets of vegetables picked from the greenhouse the night before to the largest vegetable market in Shili County, in order to sell them at a good price.
As a big vegetable county, Qingxian County has no shortage of vegetables. Local vegetable vendors and restaurants that collect vegetables only like the freshest vegetables of the day. If they go late, the selling price will be greatly reduced immediately, and they will also face the risk of unsalable sales. Therefore, villagers will always fly to the county seat by Dai Yue. After successfully selling the vegetables, the farmers rushed back to the village and continued to work in the fields at dawn.
This used to be the most common day for farmers in Simazhuang village, and the days of getting up early and selling in the dark were day after day.
"In the morning, there is a dish in the shed in Qingxian County, and a meal on the table in Beijing and Tianjin at noon." Qing County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, is located more than 150 kilometers southeast of Beijing, close to Tianjin, where the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal flows. Farmers here have a tradition of growing vegetables for a long time in history, and Qing County is also a famous vegetable production place in Hebei Province.
Qingxian county fu vegetable exhibition office. Beijing News reporter Yang Yijing photo
Nowadays, the villagers in Simazhuang Village basically bid farewell to the vegetable market, and they don’t need to rush to the county town 10 miles away in the middle of the night. They just need to deliver the vegetables to the modern agricultural park in Sima on time according to the requirements of the village cooperatives. All these changes come from the development of village cooperatives.
From raising pigs and planting fruit trees to planting special dishes.
In the late 1980s, Liu Jicheng, a veteran, came to Simazhuang Village in Qing County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province as the village secretary. Although this village is 5 kilometers north of Qingxian County, its economic and geographical conditions are good, but its economic development is very ordinary.
At that time, Qingxian’s vegetable productivity was already very strong, and it was a big county supplying vegetables in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. There are more than 1,200 mu of land in Simazhuang village, all of which are collective land. Liu Jicheng, the village secretary, wanted to develop the collective economy and let everyone get rich together. At that time, he deliberately left 600 mu of land during the village construction, hoping to develop some of his own characteristic industries with the help of the location advantage close to the county and Beijing and Tianjin.
The vegetable industry is developing well in Qingxian County, which can be located in Simazhuang Village, a big vegetable county. If we continue to grow vegetables, the advantages are not obvious, and the price of ordinary vegetables fluctuates greatly, and the income is not stable. Liu Jicheng is thinking about doing some other industries.
On balance, the village first began to use collective land to develop farms to raise pigs, but the economic benefits of raising pigs were not optimistic because of the great fluctuation of market conditions. Later, the village began to plant fruit trees, and achieved certain results. However, Qingxian County, located in the inland area of North China Plain, has a small temperature difference between day and night, and the climatic conditions are average. The apples and other fruits produced are not as delicious as those in Jiaodong and Northwest China, so it is not competitive.
In the 1990s, the variety of vegetables on people’s dining tables was far less abundant than it is now. When dining in the restaurant of Simazhuang Village, you can only eat common vegetables on the market, such as cucumbers, tomatoes, Chinese cabbage, peppers, etc. In the northern region, the variety of vegetables was quite limited at that time. It was also at this time that Liu Jicheng came into contact with the special food industry. At that time, the restaurant serving the furniture city next to the village had a good business. He felt that he might as well develop some special vegetables, which would not only enrich the dining table, retain old guests, but also promote the development of a new industry.
With this idea, Sima Zhuang village began to plant special dishes in 1996. At that time, no one could have imagined that small special dishes would achieve such a huge scale later.
For more than 20 years, he has been at the forefront of "special dishes" in China.
"At the beginning, the acceptance of special dishes was not high, and it was difficult to develop." Li Zhibin, general manager of Sima Zhuang Lvhao Agricultural Cooperative, said that in the early years, people knew little about special dishes, and their acceptance was low. Only a few people were willing to try fresh dishes that were expensive and had never been seen before.
With the rising consumption level, the turning point came quietly. Since 2003, the market has received more and more special dishes, and the special dishes in Simazhuang Village have ushered in a period of rapid development. Up to now, the planting facilities in the modern agricultural park of Sima have an area of about 1280 mu, and there are different vegetable varieties all year round. The park has introduced more than 500 new varieties of excellent vegetables, fruits and vegetables, such as peony cabbage, spore cabbage, thumb cucumber, emerald cherry tomato, Zi Xia fairy radish, bergamot cauliflower and golden flying saucer.
With the passage of time, the types of special dishes are also changing. Today, many early special dishes are not surprising. How to continuously maintain the characteristics of vegetables in the park? More importantly, any special dish has different planting requirements from popular dishes. How to ensure it technically? At this point, Sima Zhuang village went ahead early again. The modern agricultural park of Sima here has successively established cooperative relations with agricultural research institutions such as China Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China Agricultural University and Hebei Agricultural University, and set up professor workstations and teaching areas. Teachers and students teach, experiment and practice here, while the village has received continuous technical support.
The cooperation between China Agricultural University and Simazhuang Village began in 2011. A calligrapher in the village often goes to Agricultural University to participate in activities. Through this relationship, the cooperative found Professor Ren Huazhong from the College of Horticulture of Agricultural University. "The special dishes grown in the village are delicious, but it is impossible to eat them every day. I hope to add some new varieties."
Later, Professor Ren Huazhong came to Simazhuang Village. After on-the-spot investigation, he reached a cooperation with Simazhuang Village and established a professor workstation in the village. "Agricultural University has more than 70 professor workstations in the country, and this is the only one that has established workstations in the village collective. Others are built at the county or municipal level."
Since 2011, Agricultural University has tried to plant four or five hundred new varieties in the park of Simazhuang Village, including tomatoes and peppers. "A while ago, we introduced a southern vegetable called potato to the base. It tastes crisp and sweet, and it is rare in the north." Ren Huazhong, a professor at China Agricultural University, said that some time ago, a customer from Tangshan, Hebei Province, after tasting the potato, immediately made a decision to buy it. For this customer, he bought 140,000 yuan of potato in the village.
In fact, Ren Huazhong, who has been in the village for many times to investigate and give advice on agricultural science and technology, studies cucumbers. In recent years, there are hundreds of kinds of cucumbers planted in Simazhuang village. Cucumber may be ordinary, but some new varieties are rare in the north and even the whole country. Now the most popular in the market is thumb cucumber, which tastes crisp and refreshing. Now it often appears in high-end food stores in Beijing and Tianjin, and the selling price is not low.

With the help of technology, the park has also realized the multi-season listing of vegetables. For example, garlic was originally harvested in the open field in June every year. Through agricultural technology, Simazhuang Village made fresh garlic go on the market during the Spring Festival. "A garlic at that time can earn a lot of money, and the output value of a greenhouse has reached more than 300,000 yuan."
Sign a contract to grow vegetables at work and bid farewell to getting up in the early morning.
In 2004, Jia Yufeng, a villager in Simazhuang village, had a piece of land at home. She and her family planted fennel in the greenhouse to make a living. Seeing that the fennel is growing well in the harvest season, Jia Yufeng estimated that it could fetch a good price, but there was a strong wind. Now that 15 years have passed, Jia Yufeng still hates that strong wind. "I have never seen such a strong wind, and I have smashed all the greenhouses at once. We have worked hard for a year for nothing."
Agricultural production was greatly affected by the weather, and the strong wind blew away Jia Yufeng’s greenhouse and the income of the whole family. When Li Zhibin, the manager of the cooperative, heard about it, he came to Jia Yufeng’s house and asked her to work in the cooperative. Jia Yufeng quickly agreed.
Today, 51-year-old Jia Yufeng has been working in the cooperative for 15 years, mainly responsible for managing the greenhouse, with a fixed working time of 8 hours every day. "The main thing is to manage pumpkins, tomatoes, cucumbers and wild vegetables in the greenhouse, which is close to home and will be home in a few minutes." Jia Yufeng rides an electric car to and from work every day, earning more than 30,000 yuan a year. She has contracted out three acres of land from her home, and she can also get land transfer money from 800 yuan in one year. She is quite satisfied with her present life.
In the cooperative, there are about 70 local villagers in Simazhuang Village. Jia Yufeng said that working in the cooperative is relatively stable, and the work is easier than planting and managing our own greenhouses. "We can also go out to participate in the training of new farmers on a regular basis, once a year, just like traveling."
In addition to the villagers who work in the park, the cooperative also adopts the model of "base+farmers" to drive the surrounding people to grow special dishes together. According to Li Zhibin, the farmers currently driven have a total land of more than 6,000 mu. Cooperatives sign contracts with farmers to distribute seeds to farmers on time. In the harvest season, they buy farmers’ vegetables at a price higher than the market. "As long as we plant vegetables according to our requirements, we will all buy them. The purchase price is 20%-30% higher than the market price, and more than doubled." Li Zhibin said.
After signing the contract with the cooperative, many farmers no longer need to pull vegetables to the county for sale at two or three in the morning. Jia Yufeng said that the villagers who signed a contract with the cooperative around them used the seeds purchased and distributed in a unified way to grow vegetables with certain quality and yield. It is estimated that they can earn an extra 10,000 yuan or 20,000 yuan a year.
Annual sales of 300,000 boxes of special dishes and farm tours
In the sales department of the cooperative, the reporter saw the workers who were packing. Baskets of fresh vegetables just picked from the ground were placed on the workbench. The workers skillfully packed the dishes in boxes and put them neatly. When guests came to buy products, they were sold in big boxes.

"Generally, we have 9 varieties of vegetables in a box, which are matched according to the season, color and eating method, and will also be matched according to the needs of guests." The staff of the sales department told the reporter that the staff in the cooperative are basically villagers in the village, welcoming customers who come to the village to eat and buy food every day.
At present, there is also a special product in Simazhuang Village, which is a vegetable feast. The vegetable feast here has the reputation of "seven colors, different fruits and eighty counties, and a table of meals is spread all over three or five countries", which is famous for its color and nutrition. Buy fresh vegetables and experience the fun of picking. In Simazhuang Village, agricultural leisure tourism is very colorful.

Over the years, Agricultural University has introduced new varieties from all over the country and even from all over the world to the village. "Many varieties are not even available in large supermarkets. Many friends from Tianjin go to Simazhuang Village to buy vegetables on time, and they come all the way because the vegetables here are rich in variety and delicious." Ren Huazhong said. At present, Sima Agricultural Park can sell 300,000 boxes of vegetables every year and receive tens of thousands of tourists for meals, with an annual turnover of more than 60 million and a net profit of more than 20 million.
More visitors have not only brought economic benefits to the villagers, but also brought changes in their ideology. Professor Ren Huazhong, from China Agricultural University, came to Simazhuang Village for investigation and investigation for the first time in 2011, eight years ago.
In recent years, he has seen the changes in Simazhuang Village. Through land circulation and environmental improvement, the appearance of the village has changed, the house is clean and tidy, and the path between villages has hardened. Compared with the changes in hardware facilities, the changes in villagers’ ideology are more prominent. "In recent years, more and more outsiders have come to visit Simazhuang Village, and the people in the village have seen more. The villagers are not only more enthusiastic, but also the overall quality is constantly improving."
Mechanized planting to solve labor shortage
At present, Agricultural University has solved the problem of unsustainable supply of agricultural products to the village. "Vegetable production is limited by many environmental conditions. For example, some people come to eat in March and think it tastes good, but when they come back in July, they find that there are no vegetables in the summer. The unsustainable supply of agricultural products will also affect the consumer experience." Ren Huazhong said that the school has provided many new varieties for Sima Zhuang village, which can resist cold and drought and ensure that vegetables are produced all year round. It is worth mentioning that, compared with the varieties provided by Agricultural University to other vegetable bases, Ren Huazhong said that most of the varieties selected by cooperatives are novel, delicious but relatively low in yield. "They prefer to develop some tastes that customers prefer, not pursuing yield, but only caring about quality."
Persisting in innovation, having a sense of crisis and doing something different are the keys for Sima Zhuang village to maintain its characteristic development for many years, but difficulties still exist. "It is actually quite difficult to engage in agriculture. Basically, it is always difficult." In Li Zhibin’s view, at present, Sima Agricultural Park has several advantages compared with other vegetable production bases. "We have a long production time and a large scale, and have the name of a well-known trademark in China. We have accumulated some experience for so many years, and there are still many fixed customers, which are better than ordinary parks in operation."

But even though the scale of the cooperative is already very large, it still faces many tests, and the agricultural problems need to be further solved. Li Zhibin said that the impact of natural disasters on agriculture is hard to change. "The most immediate example is that this season is the season when jujube is listed, and it is afraid of strong winds and rain. One rain is fine. After two rains, jujube cracks and becomes’ cracked jujube’."
There is another problem, that is, the staff in the agricultural park are aging, and there are few young people. "Our staff are all under 60 years old, but in fact, there are very few slightly younger people under 45 years old. It is hard to work in agriculture, and young people are unwilling to participate. It is very difficult to hire people now." Li Zhibin said that at present, cooperatives have begun to try to promote mechanized production, which is also the next development direction of the village.

Show the ecological beauty of wetland and popularize the knowledge of wetland protection

This newspaper (reporter Guo Shaodong)February 2 this year is the 28th World Wetlands Day and the 2nd United Nations Wetlands Day, with the theme of "Wetlands and Human Well-being" and the slogan of "People interweave with wetland life". In order to further strengthen the publicity and education of wetland protection and the popularization of science, on February 2, Nanning held the theme publicity activity of "World Wetland Day" in 2024 on the south bank of Yongjiang River.
On the day of the activity, students and volunteers for wetland protection were organized to clean up the garbage in Yongjiang beach, and natural observation activities such as bird watching and wetland plant identification were carried out. At the activity site, publicity boards for wetland protection and restoration were set up, and publicity materials for wetland protection were distributed, so as to show the biodiversity and ecological beauty of wetlands to the public, popularize the knowledge of wetland protection, demonstrate the effectiveness of wetland protection in Nanning, call on the whole society to participate in wetland protection and restoration, and enhance public awareness of wetland protection and environmental protection.
The event was hosted by Nanning Forestry Bureau, and undertaken by Nanning Wildlife Conservation Station and Dawangtan National Wetland Park in Nanning, Guangxi. The total wetland area in Nanning is 100,600 hectares, accounting for 4.55% of the city’s land area of 2.21 million hectares. In recent years, Nanning has raised a total of about 2 billion yuan for the ecological protection and restoration of wetland areas such as Dawangtan National Wetland Park in Nanning, Guangxi, Xijin National Wetland Park in Hengzhou, Nakaohe Wetland, Nanhu Park and banks of Yongjiang River. Through a series of effective measures, the city’s wetland protection work has achieved results. The Nakao River has changed from a narrow, grassy black stinking ditch on both sides to a wetland with smooth water and beautiful green scenery. The water quality index has changed from inferior five categories to three categories, and it has received more than 3 million tourists from inside and outside the area. The ecological environment quality of Nanhu Park has been continuously improved, and at least 114 species of birds have been observed to inhabit here. In 2023, the national first-class protected animal, the blue-headed diving duck, was discovered for the first time. After comprehensive renovation, the banks of the Yongjiang River have become another beautiful tourist card in Nanning. In November 2023, the Xijin National Wetland Park in Hengzhou City was successfully upgraded from an important wetland in the autonomous region to a national important wetland.
Wetland protection has a long way to go. Nanning will continue to strengthen wetland protection and restoration, continuously strengthen wetland protection and management capabilities, establish and improve wetland protection system, and enhance the well-being of wetlands. At the same time, further strengthen the publicity and education of wetland protection and create a good atmosphere for the whole society to care for wetlands together.

The safety guide for China girls studying in the United States is actually hidden in these films.

Special feature of 1905 film network Everyone has the right to pursue their dreams. On the way to pursue their dreams, they will meet different scenery and different people.

However, a piece of news that has occupied all major pages recently has made us wonder: What is the most important thing on the road of chasing dreams?

As you have guessed, what I want to talk about today is the kidnapping and murder of YINGYING ZHANG, a master of Peking University who went to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for exchange and study.

Before this vicious incident, this famous American university was the dream place of many China students and the American university with the largest number of foreign students in China.

Beautiful scenery of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

For example, the well-known director Ang Lee graduated from the drama department of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree, and his wife, Lin Huijia, has a doctorate in microbiology.

Ang Lee (first from right) graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1980.

On the way of chasing dreams, especially for the overseas students who have just gone abroad, they may feel that kidnapping and perverting are far away from themselves, and they think that it will only happen in movies, but movies come from life, and many of these movies are based on real people.

Like a movie played by Yimei, it tells the story of a schizophrenic kidnapping three girls, which is based on a documentary novel.

Also based on the novel, it tells the story of a girl who was imprisoned in the basement looking for a chance to escape.

Of course, there is Brie Larson’s masterpiece, which is also based on the novel, and tells the story of a girl who was cheated by her neighbor and then imprisoned in a small room for seven years.

There is also a movie in which Hugh plays the villain for the first time, which is also based on a real kidnapping case in the United States in 2014, and tells the story of a China girl who returned to her family after being kidnapped in the United States for 12 years.

Let’s take the film "Split" as an example: three girls were kidnapped, and finally only one girl managed to escape — — The protagonist sister successfully escaped, in addition to the protagonist’s aura, but also calm and smart enough to know how to save herself in dangerous situations.

For example, if you want to play hardball, it’s definitely impossible. Whether it’s size or strength, the kidnappers must be taller than us. I don’t know how many orders of magnitude, so we must outwit them!

Since we want to outsmart ourselves, we should first calm down, analyze the surrounding environment and see what is good for us to escape, or try to be friends with the kidnappers like the heroine in Split, win their trust, and finally find an opportunity to escape.

Of course, this requirement for skill points is relatively high, so I suggest you do what you can … …

Although we can learn from the escape methods in movies, the best thing is to put an end to the danger and not give criminals a chance to fundamentally ensure their own safety.

Here it is, I will share some tips with my friends who are studying in the United States or are about to study in the United States. I hope everyone can be vigilant when studying in a foreign country. It is the best policy to be careful when you are a stranger abroad ~

    First, about renting a house

Foreign universities don’t have fixed dormitories like domestic ones, so their security will be greatly reduced. When renting a house, the most important thing to consider is the surrounding security situation. As we all know, the distinction between the poor and the rich in the United States is quite obvious. Don’t put yourself in danger for the attractive rent!

If we can have several roommates walking together like Mia in the movie, the safety factor will be greatly improved!

    Second, about public transportation

As a country on wheels, almost every household in the United States has a car, so who will take the bus? It’s nothing more than people who can’t afford a car, or whose driver’s license has been revoked. Moreover, in many parts of the United States, bus stations and subway stations have heating facilities, so there are also many homeless people, surrounded by such people. How high can the safety factor be?

In the movie starring Denzel Hayes Washington Jr., the kidnapper played by john Travolta hijacked the new york subway.

    Third, about the campus

After all, many universities in the United States are open to the society, and the security will definitely be greatly reduced. In the dead of night, don’t let yourself fly on campus at will. If it is too late, you can ask the school police to take you home.

As Asians, especially China people, have become representatives of rich people abroad, when we go out, we should not take too much cash with us, but we should swipe our cards if we can, but we should not take a few tens of dollars with us. In case of robbery, giving him a few tens of dollars may save our lives!

Directed by gus van sant, the American film about the vicious shooting on campus is based on the shooting at Columbine Middle School in Denver, USA in 1999.

    Fourth, about asking for help

If you really encounter an emergency or are intimidated and can’t call the police or ask for help, you can also try to call 911, ring twice and hang up. You can repeat it several times if the opportunity permits. Generally, the police patrolling nearby will rush to the scene to check the alarm phone that is connected and hung up like this according to the positioning information.

The movie starring "Team America" tells the story of how to trace the real murderer behind the scenes while keeping the phone connected.

Well, these are the tips for overseas students to study abroad safely. On the way to chasing dreams, dreams are important, but your own life is the most important!

Cherish life and stay away from danger; I wish you peace when studying abroad!

Canal meijinghua shiplock

Whenever people mention the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, they can’t help but call it "beautiful". In fact, the beautiful Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, apart from its antiquity and civilization, has a unique flavor for its shiplocks. Especially in the northern Jiangsu Canal, it can be said that there are ten locks and ten landscapes. They are like ten bright pearls embedded in the 404-kilometer Grand Canal, and the ancient Grand Canal is decorated with beautiful scenery, which is particularly enchanting. In the 1980s, as a member of maintaining social order in the northern Jiangsu section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, I fought, patrolled, lived on the Grand Canal, and had zero contact with ten shiplocks along the way, and fully felt their unique scenery, mood and taste.

In the spring of 1980, after I retired from the army, I was assigned to the Shao Bo Police Station of Jiangsu Canal Public Security Bureau (No.8 Gangkou Road, Huaiyin City). The police station is located on the bank of Shao Bo Lake in the lower reaches of Hongze Lake with beautiful scenery. Together with Shaobo Ship Lock, it hides in a thick cedar and tall unlined upper garment forest. If it weren’t for the loud "cry" of ships coming and going, it would be a paradise. The police station and the lock management office are located in a small courtyard next to the lock, surrounded by a circle of antique glazed tile walls, fan-shaped wall holes and a small round door, which wraps three rows of bungalows (two rows are the rooms for the lock management office and one row is the place for the police station). Since then, I have camped in the police station and stayed with Shaobo Ship Lock day and night.

Shaobo Ship Lock was first built in 1934. Although the old lock has been scrapped, there is still an old lock wall standing along the river on the east bank of the canal. On this site, there is the autograph of "Jiang Zhongzheng", with three Chinese characters one meter square, embedded in the canal bank with cast iron, which fully shows how much attention the Kuomintang government paid to the development of canal transportation and water conservancy. Later, the ship lock was built in 1962. The lock chamber made of reinforced concrete and four watchtowers, like "Four donkey kong", stood on the Grand Canal. Because I was single, I had to take Zhajia as my home and guard the Subei Canal with the "Four donkey kong".

The scenery of the ship lock in those days was unique and charming. In the early morning, I can stroll by the Shao Bo Lake near the gate and feel the beautiful scenery of the lake overlooking the lake, with vast smoke waves and little fish sails; Walking up and down the lock, smelling the passing ships burning small stoves and making breakfast, the smoke and rice fragrance floating out are refreshing and appetizing. In addition to its architectural beauty, scenic beauty and greening beauty, the ship lock also has the unique beauty in the lock room, which is constantly presented to me.

The first is the beauty of "fishing for money".

Unlike now, toll collectors on the gates are all in remote dispatching stations or central command rooms, using computers to complete the tasks of registering and charging passing ships. At that time, the toll collectors on the gates were all beautiful women with special skills. Each of them carried a ballot box, held a wallet and put a long rope (cotton) on their wrists. After calculating the cost of crossing the gates according to the number and tonnage of ships crossing the gates, they tore off the quota invoice and clamped it with iron clips. With the waving of their arms, the long rope flew out of a dazzling arc and landed on the docked bow accurately. The boatmen are always happy to accept invoices, change into banknotes, and then throw them at the toll collectors with iron clips. The beauty toll collectors pulled hard by inertia, and the long rope crossed a beautiful arc in the air and fell into their arms.

The second is the beauty of releasing water.

The water level difference between the upstream and downstream of a ship lock is usually several meters or more than ten meters. When the ship enters and exits, it must pass through the gate entry, gate closing and water release from downstream to upstream, and then open the gate and leave the gate after the water level is equal to that of the upstream. The release of water from the lock chamber is a scene of the lock. When the lock workers turn on the hoist (the button was manually operated in those days, but now it is controlled by the computer), the river in the upper reaches is like a runaway wild horse, rushing out from the lock wall, and the big waves, the noise and the water mist constitute a symphony of the lock. Under the refraction of sunlight, water mist can sometimes form a seven-color rainbow over the ship lock, which is beautiful and dreamlike. And I often worry about the safety of the ship in the lock room under this beautiful scenery. In fact, there is no need to worry. Before the fleet entered the lock, the broadcast on the watchtower reminded: "Attention, comrades of the crew, the lock is about to release water. Please put on your life jacket, fasten the cable and take the bamboo pick. Pay attention to safety. " The beauty announcer of the ship lock, the gentle and drizzling reminder, made the passing crew full of enjoyment in their vigilance.

The third is the beauty of rock climbing.

In those days, you had to climb the approach pier of the ship lock and hand in the navigation book to the gate workers before registering for crossing the gate. After entering the lock, you have to climb the lock surface along the lock wall and take away the navigation book. When the ship lock is in low water, it is thirty or fifty meters away from the lock surface. When the crew members walk on the Grand Canal all the year round, they will inevitably climb up and down at the lock. In the long run, they will all practice a unique skill of "rock climbing". Whenever the lock releases water, you can always see many crew members climbing. The simple costume, the vigorous figure, the bronze skin and the protruding muscles, like geckos, walk up and down the lock, vividly showing a "rock climbing map" of the lock.

The fourth is the beauty of lookout.

There are four watchtowers at the four corners of the lock. The one in the southeast is the command tower, also called the dispatching tower. Climbing to the top of the tower, the surrounding scenery is unobstructed. Looking to the west is the rippling Shaobo Lake, and the derricks of Subei Oilfield are dotted in the distance. Looking eastward, the ancient town of Shao Bo is near by the river, and the big docks, Dawang Temple and Shiban Street where Emperor Yangdi and Qianlong set foot in ancient times can be vividly seen. Looking to the south, the Grand Canal suddenly widened, connecting with Shaobo Lake, and flowing to the ancient city of Yangzhou against the backdrop of the slate of the east bank canal levee. Looking to the north, the Grand Canal floats from the north like a silver ribbon, and flows to the ancient town of Shao Bo in the guise of green trees on the west bank canal levee.

The above four beauties can be said to be the common beauty of Subei Canal and ten shiplocks. Of course, apart from the similarities, there are also many characteristics that show the beauty of individuality. As for the difference of beautiful scenery, it should be that ten shiplocks are different. For example, Shiqiao Ship Lock in Yangzhou is famous for its royal garden style. Its rockery pavilion, small bridges and flowing water echo the ship lock architecture, and its pines, cypresses and winding paths add color to Shiqiao Ship Lock. In the last century, she was included in Yangzhou, an important place to receive foreign guests. I also served as the security guard for delegations from Romania, Albania and North Korea under the arrangement of the police station.

Our Huai ‘an Ship Lock is famous for its water conservancy hub, and the water interchange upstream of the ship lock is the only one in China. Huai ‘an Fanshui Station is an important project of North-to-South Water Transfer Project, which has made great contributions to continuously transporting Yangtze River water to Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and Shandong. The Siyang Shiplock in Suqian is famous for being located in an orchard. The fragrance of fruits, cherries in spring, peaches in summer and apples in autumn make the past crew linger. The Zaohe Shiplock in Suqian is surrounded by luoma lake on the left and Zaohe Ancient Town on the right. The history that Qianlong stayed in Zaohe Palace for many times added a heavy stroke to the classical beauty of Zaohe Shiplock. The Jietai Shiplock in Xuzhou is full of flowers and trees. Entering a ship lock is like stepping into a world of flowers, a green ocean.

This is the canal lock that I remembered more than 30 years ago. Nowadays, many of the ten shiplocks have built three-line shiplocks and double-line shiplocks. Our two shiplocks in Huai ‘an are all three-line shiplocks, and they are the first shiplocks to realize modern management, ranking first in scientific management in China, especially in remote control, which has reached the world-class level. As the heart of ship lock command — — The Subei Navigation Management Office of Jiangsu Provincial Communications Department of Beijing-Hangzhou Canal is located on Yan ‘an East Road in the urban area, which plays an important role in the urban and economic development of Huai ‘an. Although Shidao Shiplock is not what it used to be, its aura is still there, and its scenery is more beautiful.
