The plan proposes that by 2025, the density of manufacturing robots will double compared with that in 2020, the application depth and breadth of service robots and special robots will be significantly improved, and the ability of robots to promote high-quality economic and social development will be significantly enhanced. Focus on 10 key application areas, break through more than 100 innovative robot application technologies and solutions, promote more than 200 typical robot application scenarios with high technical level, innovative application mode and remarkable application results, and build a number of "robot+"application benchmark enterprises.
The top ten key application areas include manufacturing, agriculture, construction, energy, trade and logistics in the economic field, as well as medical health, aged care services, education, business community services, safety emergency and extreme environment applications in the social and people’s livelihood field.
For example, in the field of old-age services, the plan proposes to develop robot products for helping the elderly and the disabled, such as disability assistance, bath assistance, toilet care, rehabilitation training, housework, emotional escort, entertainment and leisure, and security monitoring; Actively promote the application verification of exoskeleton robots and old-age care robots in the old-age service scene.
The plan proposes to strengthen the basic supporting ability of "Robot Plus" application, which includes: building a collaborative innovation system for robot production and use, building a center for application experience and test verification of "Robot Plus", accelerating the development and popularization of robot application standards, carrying out innovative practice of "Robot Plus" application in industries and regions, and building a docking platform for supply and demand of "Robot Plus" application.
The plan also proposes that the human resources and social security departments, together with the robot development and application departments, conduct an assessment of the impact of robots on employment in a timely manner, and promptly promote the affected workers to change jobs. (End)
