　　This is an AI quality inspection project jointly established by Zhengtai New Energy and Alibaba Cloud. Wei Xihan, an algorithm expert in charge of industrial vision diagnosis in Alibaba, told reporters that Alibaba Cloud ET industrial brain has intensively studied more than 40,000 samples through deep learning and image recognition algorithms, thus realizing the real-time and automatic judgment of battery defects by the machine, liberating labor and doubling the detection speed.

　　More importantly, with the improvement of automation level brought by the empowerment of artificial intelligence, factories can also use big data for systematic analysis, such as where there are more defects in the battery, what kind of defects account for the proportion, and which process it may be related to, which in turn will promote the improvement of long-term production and improve the yield.

　　"At present, the yield of battery chips is around 95%. Every percentage point increase can bring tens of millions of cost savings to the company every year." Huang Haiyan, vice president of Zhengtai New Energy, said.

　　On this basis, based on the limitations of bicycle intelligence in terms of cost and safety, the laboratory also innovatively developed a vehicle-road collaborative intelligence system. According to Shallow Snow, this system realizes the integration of cloud, road and car through self-driving car+roadside "sensing base station"+cloud control platform.

　　It is reported that Alibaba’s artificial intelligence laboratory has done a lot of practical tests. At a speed of 30 km/h, when encountering sudden pedestrians, with the cooperation of intelligent sensing base stations, it can achieve a 100% successful avoidance rate.
