　　On September 6th, according to the website of Shandong Provincial Government, the People’s Government of Shandong Province issued the Reply on the Investigation Report of "4.15" Major Fire Poisoning Accident of Jinan Qilu Tianhe Huishi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and determined that "4.15" Major Fire Poisoning Accident of Jinan Qilu Tianhe Huishi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was a production safety responsibility accident, and the responsible person was investigated according to the law and discipline.

　　The reply shows that the following 11 people were arrested by the procuratorate and the public security organs took measures:

The Tai ‘an Municipal Government instructed the Tai ‘an Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and other relevant departments to impose administrative penalties on Xinbang Construction Group Co., Ltd. and its related personnel for illegal acts in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, Shandong Provincial Emergency Management Department imposed administrative penalties on Qilu Tianhe Huishi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Xinbang Construction Group Co., Ltd. and Chaoyang Guangda Chemical Co., Ltd., and revoked the safety production license of dangerous chemicals of Qilu Tianhe Huishi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. 　　At about 15: 37 on April 15, 2019, Qilu Tianhe Huishi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., located in Licheng District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, had a major accident during the renovation of the refrigerant water (ethylene glycol solution) system pipeline in the basement of the freeze-dried powder injection production workshop, resulting in 10 deaths and 12 minor injuries.
