Build a big country and a heavy weapon

As a worker in shipbuilding industry, I am determined to make extraordinary achievements in ordinary posts. At the beginning of the 21st century, the company started to develop a liquefied natural gas (LNG) ship, which is known as one of the three pearls in the world shipbuilding crown. Among them, the most difficult construction is the cabin insulation layer loaded with liquid natural gas at MINUS 163℃-liquid cargo enclosure system. The inner wall of the insulation layer, which is only 0.7 mm thick and as thin as a piece of paper, is welded with invar steel, which requires the world’s top welder. In order to build Chinese’s own LNG ship, it only took me four weeks to obtain the internationally authoritative G certificate of Yinwa Welding, and I became the first person in Yinwa Welding in China. After four years of hard work, the first domestic LNG ship in China, Dapeng Hao, was built.

As a shipbuilding worker, I am proud of the rise of China LNG equipment industry in our hands. I have formed more than 60 independent process specifications and completed 13 invention patents. I have trained more than 1,000 Yinwa welders, including 2 Shanghai craftsmen and 34 ship craftsmen. The most outstanding one is Zhang Dongwei, a great country craftsman. The story of him, me and my master, Zhang Yifei, a national model worker, "three generations of model workers" and "three generations of craftsmen" has become a much-told story that the spirit of model workers and craftsmen has been passed down from generation to generation.?

Work together to build a safe Shanghai

In 2016, I transferred to a post and became a community policeman who came in the wind, went in the rain, broke his mouth and ran off his leg.I recruited "Xiaofen Partner" to expand the circle of friends of Ping An Alliance, constantly explored "mobile internet+community policing" and innovated "no-closing" online police offices, mobilized more than 300 residents and more than 20 caring merchants, and formed a diversified "Ping An Alliance" team to make residents "mind their own business".

I am in charge of "Xiaofen Studio" to practice the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era. I actively organize people’s mediators, community lawyers, neighborhood cadres, and property managers to create "policy consultation offices", "dispute mediation rooms" and "help help stations" around the people.?I initiated the "Xiaofen Council" to build a new pattern of grassroots governance of "co-construction, co-governance and sharing".Last October, the "Xiaofen Council", a community discussion mechanism, was formally implemented, and the problem of pain points was widely collected, and residents’ representatives, neighborhood committees, property management and government functional departments were regularly organized to discuss and coordinate solutions.

In the past eight years, the police situation in the three communities under my jurisdiction has dropped by 46%, achieving 100% detection of theft, 100% anti-fraud, and 100% clearing of hidden dangers. On average, more than 100 cases of "urgent difficulties and worries" have been solved for the masses every year.

Our project team mainly undertakes digital architecture design and cutting-edge technology research, which can be said to be the witness and participant of Shanghai’s urban digital construction.

From the precipitation of urban fine management platform technology to the research of urban governance theory innovation, from the architecture design of "one network unified management" platform to the landing of various application demonstration constructions, from the urban data sharing to the horizontal linkage of departmental business … Our project team has been breaking waves and climbing over the hurdles, bravely becoming a digital pioneer.?

In just a few years, the project team has 17 compound talents and 1 Shanghai craftsman. Along the way, our most important magic weapon is to be a pioneer and be determined to innovate. Facing the highest orientation of building a "world-class city project", a pioneer team composed of several technical backbones from party member has come up with a high-standard digital scheme of "Internet of Things, Digital Network and Zhilian" covering "air, ground and underground" with a central intelligent brain and dozens of scenes.

Along the way, our most important experience is to persevere and move forward bravely. In terms of the technical scheme design of data-level disaster recovery for heterogeneous cloud data centers without precedent in China, the team took the lead in forming a landing scheme in the national government affairs field through nearly two years of exploration and testing.

"Model Speed Space" is the first large-scale model innovation ecological community in China and the only one in Shanghai, which is jointly built by Shanghai and Xuhui District to expand the application of large-scale model industry. As the main body of the construction and operation of the "model speed space", the big model company participated in the whole process of incubating and accelerating the space construction of the carrier, industrial investment, ecological construction, enterprise incubation, operation service and other work.

We are a group that can bear hardships and fight. It took us only 38 days and nights to turn the "construction drawing" into a "real painting", showing the "West Coast spirit" and "West Coast speed".

We are a particularly responsible and dedicated group. We adhered to the synchronization of carrier construction and industrial attraction, combed the head enterprises and new market forces of docking large model industries, and attracted more than 50 enterprises in 100 days.

We are a group that can tackle key problems and pay special attention to honesty. Provide "housekeeping" service for enterprises. Nearly 70 large-scale model enterprises have settled in the "model speed space", covering the upstream, middle and downstream of the large-scale model industry chain, forming a closed-loop ecological cluster of the whole industry chain; We have built five functional platforms, namely, computing power scheduling, open data, evaluation service, financial service and comprehensive service, and formed a characteristic incubation system focusing on the artificial intelligence big model industry.
