Ask people in the new energy industry to give a good solution to the high-quality development.

The vigorous development of new energy industry in China has laid a solid foundation for promoting energy transformation and building a new power system. However, the shadow under the sunshine is that although China’s new energy industry is highly competitive, the wind power, photovoltaic and energy storage industries are seriously plunged into the abyss of irrational competition, and the pace of commercialization of hydrogen energy industry needs to be accelerated.

On the afternoon of November 19th, the 7th China International Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Industry Conference in 2024 and the 21st Century Green Energy Development Forum with "New Energy and New Quality" were held in Chengdu under the guidance of Southern Finance and Economics All Media Group, sponsored by 21st century business herald, supported by the Organizing Committee of China International Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Industry Conference, and supported by the Yangtze River Delta Solar Photovoltaic Technology Innovation Center and 21st century business herald New Energy Research Group as think tanks.

Experts and senior executives from New Energy Chamber of Commerce of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, China Photovoltaic Industry Association, Public Meteorological Service Center of China Meteorological Administration, Solar Technology Innovation Center of Yangtze River Delta, China Photovoltaic Standardization Committee of International SEMIconductor Industry Association (Semi), Sichuan Energy Internet Research Institute of Tsinghua, and more than 100 industry organizations and enterprises, including Tongwei, GCL, CIMC, Haibo Sichuang and Xiqing Energy, attended to talk about the high-quality development of scenery hydrogen storage industry.

Industrial development ushered in a new time.

On November 8, 2024, the Energy Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC) (hereinafter referred to as the Energy Law) was officially passed and came into force on January 1, 2025. The Energy Law stipulates that the state promotes the development and utilization of wind energy and solar energy, adheres to centralized and distributed development, accelerates the construction of wind power and photovoltaic power generation bases, supports the development and utilization of distributed wind power and photovoltaic power generation nearby, rationally and orderly develops offshore wind power, and actively develops photothermal power generation; The state rationally arranges, actively and orderly develops and builds pumped storage power stations, promotes the high-quality development of new energy storage, and gives play to the regulatory role of various energy storage in the power system; The state actively and orderly promotes the development and utilization of hydrogen energy and promotes the high-quality development of hydrogen energy industry.

This "Basic Law", which is regarded as the legal system in the energy field, is of great significance to the development of new energy industry. According to Lu Jinbiao, co-secretary general of China Photovoltaic Standards Committee of the International SEMIconductor Industry Association (Semi), "Energy Law is to legalize the policy of developing renewable energy in our country for so many years. Over the years, we have been engaged in the renewable energy industry, which is more about thinking in the industrial chain and manufacturing chain, and the appearance of the Energy Law clearly tells everyone that wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage and hydrogen energy are the attributes of energy. "

Shen Hui, director of the Yangtze River Delta Solar Photovoltaic Technology Innovation Center and professor of Sun Yat-sen University, is a well-known scholar in the photovoltaic field in China. When talking about the significance of the birth of the Energy Law, he did not hesitate to think: "This is undoubtedly a good affirmation and promotion for the development of photovoltaics." In his view, photovoltaic has become an important energy source in the world this year, which is a great contribution made by crystalline silicon photovoltaic. "Photovoltaic has just begun from the perspective of power generation."

Wu Dan, Assistant Secretary-General of the New Energy Chamber of Commerce of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, said at this forum: "The Energy Law clearly puts forward the priority to support the development of renewable energy, including the consumption of new energy power and the establishment of market mechanism, which is both encouragement and spur for the development of new energy industries, and hopes that the industries in the field of renewable energy will develop in a higher quality direction."

Taking photovoltaic as an example, the development of this industry ultimately needs to be based on the system consideration of new power systems. "The new power system needs to be guaranteed under the premise of power and energy security, with meeting economic and social needs as the primary goal, maximizing the absorption of new energy as the main task, taking a strong smart grid as the main hub platform, and complementing or supporting the source network." Chen xingyu, President of Photovoltaic Division of Tongwei Shares and Executive Director of Energy Management Committee, said.

Business people from new energy fields such as photovoltaic and energy storage are also full of expectations for the formal implementation of the Energy Law in the future.

Hao Song, assistant vice president of GCL Technology, said that the Energy Law provides goals and directions for the development of new energy enterprises. Steve Yu, the solution director of Haibo Sitron, believes that the implementation of the Energy Law provides a clear path for the development of new energy industry, and also indicates that the new energy industry will surely usher in broad prospects. He also particularly emphasized the Energy Law’s concern for technological innovation in the energy field. "The Energy Law mentions that energy science and technology innovation should be included in the key support areas of national science and technology development and high-tech industry development." Zhou Kui, chief engineer of Xiqing Energy R&D Center, said: "The promulgation of the Energy Law is actually to fix the way of dealing with existing interests in the energy field through legal means and take it as a criterion."

Waiting for the break

At this forum, the guests deeply analyzed the development dilemma faced by the current wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage and hydrogen energy industries, and tried to give a "good prescription".

Wu Dan pointed out that the current challenges encountered in the development of new energy industry include that increasing the installed capacity ratio of new energy makes the grid more adjustable and controllable, and the stability of power generation needs to be strengthened; Industrial development is also facing the problem of homogenization competition, which brings greater pressure to the future industrial technological progress, and the new energy industry urgently needs to find new growth opportunities. In this regard, Wu Dan pointed out that green and intelligent new quality productivity has become an important focus to promote the high-quality development of new energy, and scientific and technological innovation is the core element to accelerate energy transformation and develop new quality productivity.

Shen Hui also believes that the key to breaking the game lies in technology. "China Photovoltaic has made a major breakthrough in technology. I hope that young people can spark some sparks at the forefront of technology. I am still confident that the efficiency will exceed 30% or even higher in the future." Taking the photovoltaic industry as an example, Lu Jinbiao reminded: "Our photovoltaic industry still stays in the thinking of manufacturing industry. Although we continue to improve technology and reduce costs, we still have to change our thinking. It does not mean that products with reduced costs can be supplied indefinitely."

In Hao Song’s view, the development of photovoltaic industry can not be separated from market-oriented adjustment. After this round of adjustment, "the photovoltaic industry can reach a low-level balanced state in the first half of next year. Although not all companies can make money, they are no longer losing cash as they are now. "

In the long run, photovoltaic development does face a series of complex challenges. Among them, the domestic market resources are increasingly tight, and the problem of consumption is difficult to solve. Wang Qing, director of the Development Department of China Photovoltaic Industry Association, said that in the short term, many measures will effectively support the development of photovoltaic industry, including releasing the red line to 90%, speeding up the power grid construction, accelerating the construction of large-scale base projects, and supporting distributed development through various measures. Wang Qing suggested speeding up the construction of the main network and distribution network, strengthening the grid structure and optimizing the network connection process. Secondly, with the explosion of the installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation, the situation of photovoltaic power generation consumption is becoming more and more severe, and it is necessary to continuously expand the application scenarios of photovoltaic power generation. "Such as photovoltaic hydrogen production, ammonia production, alcohol production, etc., while providing a new path for large-scale consumption of green electricity, it also provides green hydrogen solutions for chemical industry, steel, construction and other fields."

In fact, not only the photovoltaic industry, but also the hydrogen energy storage industry needs to overcome many problems. Zheng Xianling, strategic adviser to the president of CIMC, said that the industrialization of hydrogen energy is a complicated and long process, because there is almost no experience that can be imitated in the hydrogen energy industry, so it is necessary to explore the road to the future from practice. "Due to the lack of guiding policies from demonstration to industrialization, there is no closed loop in the industrial chain; The overall planning of green hydrogen industry and new power system is lacking, and the incentive mechanism is not in place. Hydrogen energy is a cross-industry and cross-sectoral complex industry, which needs an influential coordination department. "

The large-scale development of new energy must be supported by energy storage. Chen Yongxian, director of the Green Energy Storage Research Institute of Sichuan Energy Internet Research Institute in Tsinghua, found that there are potential safety hazards in the whole industrial chain of energy storage, such as production, transportation, application and recycling, and finding solutions is an important issue in the development of the industry. "Through innovative technology to further solve the problems of safety, longevity and recycling, the era of large-scale development of new energy storage is coming."

From a cross-border perspective, the high-quality development of new energy industry is expected to be supported by meteorological services. Then, how to help the high-quality development of new energy with high-quality meteorological services? Ye Dong, the senior engineer of the Public Meteorological Service Center of China Meteorological Administration and the secretary-general of the Special Committee on Energy Meteorology of China Meteorological Society, believes that, first, energy production is supported by fine landscape resource assessment; The second is to integrate energy supply and consumption with accurate multi-time and space-scale new energy forecasting; The third is to ensure energy security by accurate risk assessment and early warning of energy, electricity and meteorological disasters.

The forum also released two reports, namely, Green Low-carbon Technology and Application of New Energy and New Quality in the 21st Century (hereinafter referred to as the Application Report) and Breaking the Prisoner’s Dilemma: China’s New Energy Industry Crossing the Most Difficult Cycle (hereinafter referred to as the Industry Report). Among them, the Application Report was jointly released by the Yangtze River Delta Solar Photovoltaic Technology Innovation Center and the 21st century business herald New Energy Research Group, and analyzed the energy technology innovation and the application of green and low-carbon technologies in the current energy field; The Industry Report was written by 21st century business herald New Energy Research Group, and the report analyzed the current development situation and trend in the field of scenery hydrogen storage. After 90, girls dropped out of school and opened online stores for two years, selling 5.91 million yuan of counterfeit luxury goods.

After dropping out of college, Gengmou, a post-90s girl, sold 198 kinds of goods with counterfeit registered trademarks of nine brands, including Chanel, Hermes and Cartier, with a sales amount of 5.91 million yuan. Geng admitted that the branded products in her store were fakes, but she said that the buyers were equally aware of this and they did not cheat. By selling counterfeit luxury goods, Geng earned more than one million yuan in two years. This morning, the case was heard in Mentougou court.

Drop out of school and open a shop to sell counterfeit goods and earn more than one million yuan.

Geng is a post-90 s student who was originally a college student. But as soon as she was a sophomore, she dropped out of school and opened an online shop at home, specializing in selling counterfeit luxury goods. At first, Geng opened a store for sale through a more mature online e-commerce platform. However, due to the poor quality of goods, many goods can see quality problems at a glance, so they have never been able to spend money.

In 2016, in order to find a better source of goods, she personally went to Guangzhou and found two manufacturers specializing in luxury goods counterfeiting. Manufacturers directly provide counterfeit luxury goods such as Chanel, Dior and LV, shoes and accessories to Geng, and the purchase price ranges from 100 yuan to 3,000 yuan.

After getting the goods, Geng sells them through two micro-stores under her name. Generally, she only increases the price of low-priced goods by tens of yuan, while the price of high-priced goods will increase by hundreds of yuan, but the total price is still far lower than the genuine price.

In 2018, the turnover of an online store in Geng reached more than 6 million yuan, but she said that about 1 million yuan of it came from the amount of bills, and the actual sales were about 5 million yuan. In the past two years, the profit rate of its stores is about 30%, with a profit of more than one million yuan.

After investigation, the police controlled it at Zou’s residence. The rented house was also used by her as a "warehouse". The price of counterfeit luxury goods seized in the house alone reached 3.15 million yuan, and it was appraised by various companies and appraisal institutions, except for a Cartier necklace for Geng’s own use, the rest of the goods were not genuine.

Geng said that more than half of the inventory at home was defective when it was first purchased, and it was put at home because the mother was not willing to throw it away. Not all the sales of its stores come from fakes. "There are quite a few things in my store that are not related to brands, such as some T-shirts and pants, which can account for about four fifths."

The trial pleaded guilty that the buyer also knew it was a fake.

The public prosecutor believes that Geng knows that it is a commodity with a counterfeit registered trademark and sells it. He has been in business for two years, and the sales amount has reached 5.91 million yuan, which is huge. His behavior has violated the criminal law and should be investigated for criminal responsibility for selling goods with counterfeit registered trademarks.

Today, the case was heard in Mentougou court. At 10 am, Geng was brought to court by the bailiff. But there was no tension on her face, even a smile. Geng expressed his recognition of the accusation of the public prosecution agency and voluntarily pleaded guilty.

"I usually see that these fakes are also sold on the street, so I don’t think much." Geng never thought that this kind of behavior might be suspected of committing a crime. She said that she was only trying to make money to support her family. Because the price of goods is much cheaper than that of counters, she thinks that buyers also know that these goods are not genuine, so there is no fraud and deception, and the quality of their goods is guaranteed, otherwise the store will not operate for more than two years. "We all reach a consensus."

However, in Geng’s shop, many goods descriptions have promises of "anti-counterfeiting", "accepting inspection" and "original mechanical movement". Geng said that some raw materials of the goods were authorized by the manufacturers, such as leather materials authorized by the corresponding manufacturers, but the final products were not authorized by the brand. For such a purchase channel, Geng frankly admitted that it was irregular, and he also recognized that the goods sold were fakes.

The prosecution suggested that the sentence should be three to five years.

Geng’s defender suggested that there is a big gap between the actual selling price of goods in an online shop and the genuine price, so it is not appropriate to identify and identify them according to the genuine price.

However, the prosecutor said that according to the judicial interpretation of the two courts, if the sales price can be found out in criminal cases of intellectual property infringement, it should be determined according to the actual sales price. However, some of the goods seized in this case have not been put on the shelves for sale, so they should be calculated at the market price, and the value of unsold defective products has been deducted when calculating the crime amount. Therefore, it is appropriate for the appraisal agency to determine that Geng’s sales amount involved is 5.91 million yuan.

"You want to be self-reliant and hard-working, and your starting point is very good, but selling counterfeit goods not only infringes on the interests of related companies, but also destroys the market order." The public prosecution agency believes that the goods sold by Geng are clearly printed with trademark brands, and they are aware of the nature of the behavior. Based on the overall situation of the case, it is recommended that the court sentence Geng to 3 to 5 years in prison and impose a fine.

As of press time, the trial is still in progress. (photo by reporter Liu suyawen)

90% of the mainland’s huge greed for mistresses and many senior officials have fallen due to real estate.

On August 9, Duan Yihe, Chen Zhi and Chen Changbing exploded, and Duan Yihe was sentenced in the first instance for accepting bribes and huge amounts of property with unknown sources. The Intermediate People’s Court of Zibo City, Shandong Province sentenced Duan Yihe to death for the crimes of explosion, bribery and huge amount of property with unknown sources. Chen Zhi was sentenced to death for the crime of explosion; Chen Changbing was sentenced to life imprisonment for the crime of explosion. All three expressed dissatisfaction and appealed in court. BEIJING, Sept. 2 (Xinhua)-The Exhibition on Punishment and Prevention of Duty Crimes hosted by the Supreme People’s Procuratorate was unveiled in Beijing a few days ago. Hong Kong’s Wen Wei Po reported that, according to statistics, since the 16th National Congress, the central authorities have investigated and dealt with 16 officials at or above the provincial and ministerial levels who are seriously corrupt, with an average of 3 per year. Most of these "falling horses" are related to the three basic ways of sex, gambling and money laundering. 90% of them keep mistresses, and "trading money for power" and "trading sex for power" with real estate developers are the most prominent.

In the past five years, due to the central government’s repeated efforts to eradicate the "cancer" of corruption, the breeding and spread of corruption has been curbed to a certain extent, and the total number of violations of discipline and law has also shown a downward trend.

Figures provided by authoritative departments show that in 2003, 2005 and 2006, there were 170,000, 110,000 and 90,000 people in party member who were punished by Party discipline and political discipline respectively.

Selling land at low prices colludes with developers.

According to the report, it is remarkable that 10 of the 16 provincial and ministerial-level corrupt officials disclosed in this exhibition were dragged down by illegal real estate developers, and their failure to return led to their ruin. They are Chen Liangyu, secretary of Shanghai Municipal Committee, Wang Huaizhong, former vice governor of Anhui Province, Han Guizhi, former chairman of Heilongjiang Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Wu Zhenhan, former president of Hunan Higher People’s Court, Wang Zhaoyao, former vice chairman of Anhui Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Wang Youjie, former deputy director of Henan Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee, Li Baojin, former procurator-general of Tianjin People’s Procuratorate, Du Shicheng, former deputy secretary of Shandong Provincial Committee, former secretary of Qingdao Municipal Committee, Liu Zhihua, former deputy mayor of Beijing, and Wang Wulong, former deputy director of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee.

In this regard, analysts pointed out that despite the different forms and amounts of corruption, these huge greed all use real estate as a platform, or sell land at low prices to collect money, or provide funds to obtain huge profits. Even social security funds dare to misappropriate, participate in development and act as umbrellas, and use their powers to do things for illegal developers.

Born in poverty, it is hard to reach beauty.

On the other hand, the report points out, "greed for sex" has also become one of the main motivations for officials to commit crimes. Among the 16 greedy people, nearly 90% (14) have mistresses, and some even have multiple mistresses, such as Chen Liangyu, former secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, and Liu Zhihua, former deputy mayor of Beijing. Hu Changqing, the vice governor of Jiangxi Province who was executed, abandoned his job and flew to Yangcheng to have sex. As for Qiu Xiaohua, the former director of the National Bureau of Statistics, he not only kept his mistress for many years, but also had a child with his mistress, committing bigamy.

It is understood that most of these corrupt officials came from humble origins and took up leadership positions after several years of struggle, but in the end they could not bear the beauty and embarked on the road of crime.

Some of them gave or squandered their illegal gains on their lovers, and some simply regarded their mistresses as "traffic stations" and "transit warehouses" as their usual means of collecting money, and took money from others through their mistresses, and since then they have embarked on a road of no return, performing scenes of ugly dramas that used their powers to change colors, buy colors and raise colors.

The report pointed out that in addition, crimes of dereliction of duty caused by sex and money also accounted for a certain proportion of the above-mentioned "fallen officials". They often neglected their duties and abused their powers because of taking bribes and taking care of their private affairs, resulting in losses to people’s lives and property. For example, the case of Zheng Xiaoyu, the former director of National Medical Products Administration, was a mixture of bribery and dereliction of duty. (Yi Wei, Ma Jing, Hu Xugong, Lin Xiaodong)

The explosive "The King of Circus" was lost. Why is it difficult to break the musical film?

Hello, this is the second issue of our special column "jargon"

Special feature of 1905 film network As expected, the musical starring Hugh Jackman didn’t arouse much splash after it was released. Compared with its beautiful counterattack curve in the North American market, the "dream master" P.T. barnum failed to create a miracle in the mainland, and the box office of the film only closed at 50 million after five days of painting, which is really regrettable.

Of course, this is not the first time that mainland audiences have not bought musical films. Last year, despite its reputation, its final box office in the mainland was only 247 million. European and American musical films, as a kind of classic films, have always been "acclimatized" in the mainland. There seems to be no successful case of local musical films in China. The only film with a box office of over 100 million yuan can be traced back to that directed by Jay Chou in 2013 (with a cumulative box office of 120 million yuan).

What is the definition of musical? Why did the musicals, which sold well in North America, go to the mainland? Why is the development of local musical films in China blocked? We also try to find answers to all kinds of questions about musical films.

Is it difficult for musical films to break the box office curse in the mainland?

At present, the best-performing imported musical film in the mainland box office is (2017), which made a final box office of 590 million yuan in the mainland, but it is obvious whether the audience bought the song and dance or Disney and Big IP.

In the second place, la la land (2017), a well-known masterpiece with numerous awards, won 247 million RMB in the Mainland. Compared with the quality of the film, this achievement seems to be unsatisfactory. Followed by "The King of Circus" which is currently being released, the film won 54.82 million box office in six days, and the final box office is expected to stop before the 100 million mark.

The Greatest Showman?"box office"

The box office of other imported musical films in the mainland can be described as bleak: (2013) the final box office was 63 million, (2011) the final box office was 13.98 million, (2011) the final box office was 3.97 million, (2003) the final box office was 3 million and (2015) the final box office was 2.25 million;

As for the achievements of Chinese musical films, they are not satisfactory: The cumulative box office of Love on the Rooftop (2013) was 120 million, that of 47.5 million, that of 30 million, that of 2005, and that of 2017 was less than 2 million, while that of China (2010) and (2014) were all less than one million.

There is no clear definition of musical film as action film and horror film.

Baidu Encyclopedia defines musical films as: "A film composed of a large number of songs and dances. Musical films are films that record opera performances or are adapted from operas. Most of them are played by singers, who mainly rely on singing to portray characters and unfold plots." Strictly speaking, only this kind of film, which is born out of musicals and is narrated by songs and dances, can be called musical films.

But nowadays, people are used to referring to musical films (including biographies of musicians, musical stories, musicals, operas and musical films) as musical films. But even in a broad sense, there are still very few musical films in the domestic market that can be called by the audience.

The road of butterfly change in European and American musical films

Musical films are one of the most famous types in the film industry, and when it comes to this "imported product", we have to talk about the history of European and American musical films first. Mainly Hollywood musical films, European and American musical films have made brilliant achievements after nearly 40 years of development from the late 1920s to the 1960s.

However, with the rise of television and the decline of Hollywood’s large-scale studio system, the song-and-dance utopia, which was stylized and avoided social problems, began to decline in the 1970s. By the 1990s, the production of song-and-dance films had fallen sharply, and there were almost no representative films, so the production of song-and-dance films entered a recession. After the 21st century, the musical in 2001 regained its attention, and in 2002, it won the Oscar again after a lapse of 34 years.

Since then, musical films have gradually recovered, and a number of musical films with their own styles and innovations have emerged, and many films have made sequels one after another. The creation of musical films has gradually begun to flourish again in the 21st century.

This prosperity not only refers to a breakthrough in the number of musical films, but also shows differences from previous musical films in the innovation of genre elements, narrative and theme expression of musical films and cultural orientation. Most of the classic musical films avoid talking about real problems, deliberately avoiding problems that plague social development, such as race and class.

Since the 21st century, with the opening of society and the diversified development of culture, many musical films have begun to face up to racial issues and draw fresh elements from black culture. Based on a true story starring Beyonce, the film sharply touches on the difficult situation that black music in the United States could not enter mainstream radio stations because of discrimination in the 1960s. It also focuses on the racial conflict between blacks and whites in the United States in the 1960 s; In 2015, the musical biopic also focused on the growth experience of the rap group N.W.A Different themes and diverse genres also cultivated a new generation of audience of song and dance/musical films.

There are no musicals in China? All wet!

When was there a musical in China? In fact, it was there when the first Chinese film was born. Traditional Chinese opera film is a unique type of Chinese film. In 1905, Peking Opera films made by China people themselves started the localization of films in China.

As the first film in China, Dingjun Mountain is a drama film. After that, Mei Lanfang, a Peking Opera artist, boldly explored and borrowed the advantages of Kunqu Opera and starred in the Kunqu Opera movie "A Dream in the Garden" (1960), which not only used feature film technology, but also fully retained the characteristics of stage performance.

Mei Lanfang’s photo with the movie queen mary pickford in the United States.

Fei Mu, the director, also explored the traditional Chinese opera films earlier, and made three traditional Chinese opera films successively (1937), (1941) and (1948). In 1950s, traditional Chinese opera films began to rise. In 1955, the film directed by Shi Hui was released in Hong Kong, which was a great success and attracted the attention of Hong Kong audiences and filmmakers.

Shaw Company took the lead in producing a large number of Huangmei films (1958), (1960) and (1963), which were all very successful in the market. Directed by Cui Xie and Chen Huaiai in 1960, he won the Best opera film Award in Hundred Flowers Award in 1962. At the same time,, and so on were the models of traditional Chinese opera films at that time. According to incomplete statistics, since the founding of People’s Republic of China (PRC), more than 300 traditional Chinese opera films have been filmed, involving more than 60 kinds of operas.

Since the 1980s, the social and cultural life has become increasingly rich, and the traditional Chinese opera films have suffered a certain impact, but until now, there are still many traditional Chinese opera films produced every year.

The newly edited Peking Opera film (2013) won the Best opera film Award in the 29th China Film Golden Rooster Award, and the Cantonese Opera film (2015) was adapted from the large-scale Cantonese opera classic "Legend of Lun Wenxu". In 2015, a 3D version of Peking Opera film appeared for the first time.

In addition, there are many musical films of ethnic minorities in China, but we can hardly see them in mainstream cinemas. Most of these musical films are broadcast through local TV media.

Can musical films regain their popularity

Zhong Jinwen, dean of the School of Literature and Journalism and Communication of the Central University for Nationalities and director of the China National Film and Television Research Center, believes that talking about whether a musical is a minority depends on the standards it refers to. Obviously, the above-mentioned traditional Chinese opera films and folk song and dance films are destined to belong to the minority in the current film market environment. Musical films in mainstream movies are often difficult to succeed. In recent years, Gorgeous Office Workers and 52 Hz, I Love You have not only been dismal at the box office, but also caused great controversy in word of mouth.

In the mainland, which lacks musical culture, the audience doesn’t know much about traditional musical films. Most people have little musical influence since childhood, and many people can’t understand the plot of "singing as they play". When the singing competition was hot, The Voice of China tried to imitate Glee’s column drama My Youth is Eight Degrees Higher, but most viewers thought it was "accepting incompetence".

"My Youth is Eight Degrees Higher" is not recognized by the public.

In addition, in mainland cinemas, the number of musical films released each year is very limited, and it is not easy for the audience to cultivate their interest in this type. For investors, musical is not a good choice.

Yang Yan, a senior producer and a member of the Film Critics Association, said that she rarely encountered musical scripts in her career. "The narrative of musical is confined by the form. It is necessary to condense the story and match it with appropriate dance and genre. When the audience watches it, there will be a sense of alienation, because everyone doesn’t sing and dance without saying a word. It is different from the viewing habits of China audiences. China audiences are more willing to go to the cinema to watch a story, which leads to few companies willing to invest in a musical. In addition, the big directors’ musical films are basically discounted, and the rate of return is not good. Everyone rarely discusses the investment of musical films in the market. "

So, what about the future market of musical films?

Yang Yan affirmed, "Absolutely not." She revealed, "In order to bind some directors, some film companies need to exchange some film contracts for some filming by this director, but this belongs to’ no way’. If the photographer evaluates the market normally, the film company is unlikely to shoot a musical."

In addition to investment, musical films are also facing many practical difficulties in creation.

A producer who has participated in musical films also revealed that musical films put forward higher requirements for many positions in the film crew, such as director, screenwriter, composer, lyricist, costume, etc. It is difficult to make a musical film with visual quality, and there are few actors with musical literacy, acting skills and popularity.

But the producer also thinks that musicals are very suitable for mixing, because music can be added to various story scenes, and there may be many possibilities for musicals in the future.

At present, films such as "The King of Circus" and "la la land" may be doomed to fail to rival other blockbusters at the box office in the Mainland, and audiences are still skeptical about Chinese musical films such as "Gorgeous Office Workers" and "52 Hz, I Love You".

However, they let more people know about musical films, and also let the mainland film market see the hope of musical films: even if there is a minority, there is still demand. It is believed that these films with an overwhelming reputation can make more people fall in love with musicals, and it is also hoped that the box office "curse" of mainland musicals can be really broken in the future, and more China musicals will appear in the "new era".

The entire chain of extreme rainstorm meteorological departments in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has made efforts to build a defense line.

"The sky is leaking!" "People are ruined!" From the ridicule of netizens, the rain that invaded many places from July 11 to 12, with Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as the "main battlefield", has a large rainfall and obvious extremes.

At 18: 00 on July 12, the Central Meteorological Observatory issued a blue rainstorm warning and a blue strong convective weather warning. According to the forecast, from 12th to 13th, heavy rainfall will still be concentrated in North China, Huanghuai and Northeast China. On the 13th, the precipitation area will further move eastward and northward, and its intensity will gradually weaken.

The Party Group of China Meteorological Bureau attached great importance to the meteorological service guarantee of this rainfall. At 9: 00 on July 11th, China Meteorological Bureau started a four-level emergency response and upgraded it to three-level emergency response at 20: 00. In the afternoon, the China Meteorological Bureau held a meeting on flood control in Haihe River Basin in xiong’an new area, and further deployed meteorological services in the basin. On the morning of 12th, Zhuang Guotai, Party Secretary and Director of China Meteorological Bureau, who was investigating in Hebei, attended a consultation meeting in Hebei Meteorological Observatory to supervise the flood control work.

According to the relevant provisions of the National Emergency Plan for Flood Control and Drought Relief, the National Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters launched a four-level emergency response to flood control at 17: 00 on the 11th, and sent three additional working groups to Shanxi, Hebei, Beijing and other places to assist in the prevention and response of heavy rainfall. Haihe Water Conservancy Committee of the Ministry of Water Resources launched a four-level emergency response for flood and drought disaster prevention, promptly reminded local authorities to strengthen the dispatching of sluice hubs, and guided Baiyangdian and Huangbizhuang reservoirs to take timely measures such as pre-discharging and emptying reservoirs.

In addition to timely issuing weather warnings, the Central Meteorological Observatory jointly issued meteorological warnings for mountain torrents with the Ministry of Water Resources and meteorological risks for geological disasters with the Ministry of Natural Resources. Since 9: 00 on the 10th, the National Satellite Meteorological Center has started the Fengyun-4 B-Star Fast Imager to carry out continuous observation for one minute in North China and its surrounding areas, providing support for forecasters to grasp the heavy rainfall situation in North China and its surrounding areas in real time. The Meteorological Detection Center of China Meteorological Bureau focuses on the quality control and evaluation of regional observation data, strengthens the quality control of weather radar products, issues Comprehensive Meteorological Observation Daily and Meteorological Monitoring Express, and provides remote support for provincial equipment departments.

When the rainstorm strikes, according to the deployment and requirements of China Meteorological Bureau, meteorological departments in areas affected by heavy rainfall such as Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi and Henan closely monitor the changes of rain, water and flood, strengthen the linkage between up and down, and make joint defense between left and right, so as to effectively play the role of the first line of defense for meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation.

In Beijing, the number of pedestrians and vehicles on the road decreased significantly on Monday morning rush hour. In view of the strongest rainfall process since the flood season in Beijing, five early warnings of yellow lightning, yellow rainstorm, yellow gale, yellow flood and yellow meteorological risk of geological disasters were issued simultaneously. At 17: 00 on the 11th, the Beijing Flood Control Headquarters launched a yellow early warning response, emphasizing the need to guard against geological disasters in mountainous areas and flood disasters in urban areas, and suggested that on the 12th, primary and secondary schools and kindergartens should stop their back-to-school activities, and institutions, enterprises (enterprises) and institutions should work flexibly or at different peaks. With the successive forecasting and early warning, the flood control "army" is ready: 15,000 people in the water system are on duty; The sports department requests to suspend all kinds of organized sports events; The cultural tourism department asked the mountain scenic spots and homestays to suspend business. Before the rain began, 6,616 households with 14,970 people had been successfully transferred from dangerous villages in mountainous areas and dangerous bungalows in cities in Beijing. "The weather forecast is very accurate." Cai Qi, secretary of Beijing Municipal Party Committee, fully affirmed meteorological services.

In Tianjin, yellow warnings of land gale, yellow rainstorm and yellow lightning were issued. The Municipal Meteorological Bureau has strengthened joint defense with meteorological departments of provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) in the basin, and established a joint defense mechanism for small areas of "Tongwu Corridor", "Jingcang Corridor" and "Pingji Sanxing" to strengthen weather monitoring and analysis and exchange of forecast and early warning information between the upstream and downstream of the basin; We launched a "green channel" for information release with Tianjin Radio and Television Station and the three major mobile phone operators, and issued a rainstorm warning throughout the network. Previously, Tianjin has launched a three-level emergency response to flood and drought disaster prevention, and sent three working groups to assist in mountain flood disaster prevention and urban drainage and waterlogging elimination. In Jizhou, the only semi-mountainous area in Tianjin, in order to cope with the risk of flash floods and geological disasters that may be caused by heavy rains, the meteorological department called in advance and disseminated early warning information through various channels, helping the relevant departments to transfer and persuade 17,113 people and tourists.

"Huangbizhuang Reservoir, Wangkuai Reservoir, Angezhuang Reservoir and Baiyangdian began to discharge water to the downstream river this morning." On the morning of July 11th, the Water Resources Department of Hebei Province issued the dispatching instruction, and as early as three days ago, the two departments of water conservancy and meteorology had shared data in time, providing a basis for rational dispatching of reservoirs. At 11: 00 on the 12th, Hebei Meteorological Observatory continued to issue blue rainstorm warning and yellow gale warning. Under the heavy rain, the meteorological risk of urban waterlogging has risen, and local meteorological departments have actively responded. In Langfang, traffic control, sanitation, housing construction, water affairs and other departments have arrived at their posts according to meteorological information to deal with the rain; In Handan, all municipal rainwater and sewage pumping stations are pumping at full capacity. In view of major projects and key areas such as Xiong ‘an high-speed railway station and Rongdong area, since the evening of the 11th, all the staff of xiong’an new area Meteorological Bureau have been on duty, and the forecast has been targeted directly, helping all construction units to deploy emergency work for flood control and drainage in advance.

Shandong meteorological department actively integrated into the whole province’s flood control game, submitted meteorological decision-making service materials to the provincial party committee, provincial government and relevant departments in time, sent business backbones to the provincial emergency management department to participate in 24-hour joint duty, and made full use of new materials such as satellites and radars to strengthen scientific and technological support. Local meteorological departments have strengthened professional meteorological services. In Dezhou, meteorological departments have instructed many enterprises to go to work at peak shifts and organized rescue work to eliminate dangerous situations. In view of the disasters that may be caused by thunderstorms and strong winds, the Tai ‘an Meteorological Bureau promptly called the Landscaping Center to arrange defense work; The xintai city Meteorological Bureau and the local coal mine management departments have established a quick release channel for emergency short messages to scientifically guide coal mining operations.

Shanxi launched a four-level emergency response to major meteorological disasters (rainstorms) at 10: 00 on July 11, and the meteorological department made scientific judgments, strengthened linkage, and issued early warnings in time; Henan issued a red rainstorm warning at 15: 00 on the 11th. According to meteorological information, traffic control was implemented on some expressway sections.

The dog was scared away by lightning when walking around the corner, and hid in the clinic. The police found help to find the owner.

On a rainy day not long ago, a police officer in Taiwan Province was patrolling a Chinese medicine clinic when he suddenly heard the screaming of a nurse.

After checking, I found that a black dog was frightened by lightning and rushed into the clinic to hide. Fortunately, after appeasement, it has returned to normal.

So, the police officer took the dog back to the branch office with a cardboard box and dialed the contact number inside its neck ring.

The owner was also excited when he saw the dog, and he was grateful for the enthusiastic assistance of the police.

He said that thunder rumbled that day and he was taking his 7-year-old dog "ZUCCl" out for a walk.

Remind everyone that walking the dog must tighten the traction rope to protect the safety of the dog!

The dawn of Russian-Ukrainian peace talks is still hard to see under the western "fatigue"

Xinhua News Agency, Moscow, December 10th(International observation) The dawn of Russian-Ukrainian peace talks is still hard to see under the western "fatigue"

Xinhua News Agency reporter Zhao Bing

In the past, the conflict between Russia and Ukraine continued, and Ukraine’s continuous counterattack failed to effectively break through the Russian defense line. With the coming of the severe winter, the war is at an impasse. At the same time, western countries began to "feel tired" of helping Ukraine, and there were rumors that Russia and Ukraine had secretly started negotiations.

Analysts believe that despite the "Ukrainian fatigue" in the West, there is still a willingness to continue to support Uzbekistan. Due to the fundamental differences between Russia and Ukraine in terms of negotiation conditions and peace vision, the prospects for negotiations between the two sides are still slim, and there is no dawn of restoring peace in the short term.

  The war is deadlocked.

Recently, the conflict between Russia and Ukraine has continued to drag on, and the battlefield situation has been deadlocked. Russian troops continued to block the Ukrainian offensive in Kupiyansk, Hongliman, Donetsk, Hellson and Zaporoge. The Ukrainian army, on the other hand, has been forced to turn from active attack to defense since late October due to the unfavorable progress of the summer counterattack and the reduction of western aid. The two sides began to use long-range weapons such as missiles and drones to launch attacks more frequently.

According to the Russian notification, from December 3 to 8, the Russian army used high-precision weapons and drones to carry out 30 cluster attacks on Ukrainian arsenals and other facilities, and also attacked Ukrainian armed forces and foreign mercenaries. In a week, the Ukrainian army lost more than 1,400 people and 1,500 people respectively in the direction of Hongliman and Donetsk, and dozens of armored vehicles and artillery were destroyed, and five planes and 224 drones were shot down.

According to Ukrainian media reports, since November, key facilities in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, and many places in the west and south have been continuously attacked by Russian drones. At the same time, the Ukrainian army has stepped up its air strikes against Crimea in the past month, aiming at reconnaissance and collection of Russian military information to launch a larger-scale operation. In addition, the Ukrainian military said that the Russian army assembled more than 40,000 soldiers to attack Avdeev Card, an important town in Donetsk, which suffered serious losses, but the offensive continued unabated.

Russian Defense Minister shoigu said a few days ago that the Ukrainian army has lost more than 125,000 people and 16,000 weapons and equipment in the so-called counter-offensive in the past six months, and the "desperate actions of Ukraine and the West have not changed the battlefield situation". Zaluzhnyi, commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian armed forces, admitted in an interview with The Economist that the conflict was "deadlocked, which may last for several years", and that the Ukrainian army could not break through the Russian defense line and was "in fact in trouble".

The spread of "fatigue" in the west

As the battlefield situation continues to stalemate, "Ukrainian fatigue" is spreading in western countries.

The United States is the main supporter of Ukraine, but after the outbreak of the new round of Palestinian-Israeli conflict, the United States’ great military aid to Israel diverted its aid to Ukraine. Domestic partisan strife has also affected US aid to Ukraine. On the 6th, the US Senate failed to pass the White House’s application for special funding including more than $60 billion in aid to Ukraine.

According to a recent report released by the Kiel Institute for World Economics in Germany, from August to October 2023, western countries promised a total aid plan to Ukraine of 2.11 billion euros, a decrease of 87% compared with the same period in 2022 and the lowest since January 2022. The report said that there are great uncertainties in the aid plans of the European Union and the United States.

The EU will hold a summit from 14th to 15th to vote on the 50 billion euro aid plan for Ukraine, but EU officials said that it is "very, very difficult" for member countries to reach an agreement. Hungarian Prime Minister Orban openly opposed the aid plan to Ukraine and the EU’s initiation of Ukraine’s accession negotiations. Slovakia’s new Prime Minister Fizo also explicitly opposed military assistance, saying that he was only willing to provide humanitarian assistance to Ukraine. Polls in Poland show that people are tired of aiding Ukraine, and the relationship between Poland and Ukraine is also cracked due to the ban on food imports from Ukraine. Italian Prime Minister Silvio meloni, despite publicly expressing her stance against Ukraine, admitted in a prank phone call that all parties were "tired" of the Ukrainian crisis.

Nevertheless, aid to Ukraine is still "politically correct" in the west, and some countries still have strong willingness to aid Ukraine and are trying to strengthen its military production capacity. The United States recently signed a military cooperation agreement with Ukraine for joint production and technology sharing. Rheinmetall plans to establish an armored vehicle production line in western Ukraine by the end of this year.

In addition, U.S. Secretary of State Blinken publicly stated on the 7th that U.S. military assistance to Ukraine is beneficial to the U.S. economy. In this regard, Timofei Bordachev, project director of Valdai International Debate Club, a Russian think tank, believes that the West should not be expected to reduce or even interrupt its aid to Ukraine.

The peace talks are temporarily difficult

Seymour Hirsch, a well-known American investigative journalist, recently revealed that the Russian-Ukrainian peace talks led by gerasimov, Chief of Staff of the Russian Federation Armed Forces, and Zaluzhnyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, seem to have started. According to Hirsch, the conditions for restoring peace that the two sides are negotiating may include that Ukraine can join NATO, but NATO promises not to deploy troops and offensive weapons in Ukraine, while Russia will keep Crimea, Donetsk and Lugansk. Part of the territory.

In this regard, some Russian experts pointed out that it is impossible for Russia to accept such a transaction and will not believe NATO’s above commitments. Some Russian experts believe that this may be an information war between Ukraine and the West. Senior officials, such as Podolyak, adviser to the President’s Office of Ukraine, publicly stated that the topic of negotiations should not be hyped, the Russian side has not changed its goal, and Uzbekistan’s position has not changed.

Analysts generally believe that the exchange of prisoners between Russia and Ukraine shows that there are communication channels between the two sides. However, due to the fundamental differences in the conditions for resuming peace talks and the vision for the future peace order, the prospects for resuming peace talks between the two sides are still slim.

Jonathan Finn Na, Deputy Assistant to the President of the United States for National Security Affairs, said publicly a few days ago that the United States hopes to force Russia to negotiate according to Ukrainian conditions within 2024. In this regard, peskov, Russian Presidential Press Secretary, bluntly said that the remarks that Russia can negotiate according to Ukrainian conditions are "totally unrealistic". Ambassador-at-large of Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik also said that the key issue is whether Ukraine and the West are really ready for negotiations. He said that at least for now, Russia will continue to work hard to achieve the goal of special military operations. The cartoon short film of the leader’s road to politics became popular for three days, and the number of online hits exceeded 1.2 million.

On October 14th, a cartoon short film "How Leaders Are Tempered" was broadcasted on the Internet. The Supreme Leader appeared as a cartoon for the first time, introducing the selection mechanism of China leaders through his promotion. The Seventh Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee and former national leaders such as Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao also appeared as cartoons in the film. The Chinese version of the short film went online for 3 days, and the broadcast volume exceeded 1.2 million.

How are the leaders of the United States, Britain and China tempered?

The short film introduces the changes in the assessment standards of leading cadres in China, emphasizing that leading cadres should go through many tests and accept supervision from all sides.

"How Leaders Are Tempered" is more than five minutes long, in which American President Obama, British Prime Minister David Cameron and the Supreme Leader of president, China are taken as examples to introduce the different mechanisms of the leaders of the three countries. In the short film, the leaders all appear in cartoon shapes made of real people’s heads. The pictures are humorous and interesting, and the introduction language is relaxed and humorous, which is quite popular among netizens. Some netizens commented: "Who said that the image of a leader must be serious? Why can’t it be replaced by a more relaxed and humorous image? "

In addition to comparing the different mechanisms of the leaders of the three countries, the short film also introduces the changes in the assessment criteria of leading cadres in China, and emphasizes that leading cadres in China have experienced many tests and accepted supervision from all sides: "At present, in China, the discerning eyes of 538 million netizens make problem cadres have nowhere to hide and be eliminated."

The short film was originally uploaded by "Fuxing Road" at 12: 06 on October 14th, and it was divided into two versions, Chinese version and English version. By 18: 00 yesterday, the number of hits reached 1.26 million, and the number of hits in English version was more than 8,000. It is understood that 1.2 million hits are record-breaking in this kind of political video clips, and the previously popular "Foreigners Teach You to Understand China in Ten Minutes" has only been played less than 70,000 times.

What kind of political path does the supreme leader take?

At least 16 major job adjustments were made, and it took more than 40 years before and after.

A short film of more than 5 minutes, and the content related to China is nearly 4 minutes. The short film begins with 1 minute and 23 seconds to introduce the emergence of China president, in which the cartoon image of the supreme leader appears three times, the longest lasting 23 seconds and the shortest only 4 seconds.

The short film said, "To become president in China, you should also become the leader of the ruling party", and pointed out that to become the leader of the 85 million party member organization in China needs decades of continuous selection and testing. The short film goes on to say that it takes an average of at least 23 years to get from a low-level grassroots party member to a ministerial-level cadre, but the chance of becoming a ministerial-level cadre among more than 7 million cadres is only one in 14,000.

At 2 minutes and 37 seconds, the cartoon image of the supreme leader appeared, ending at 3 minutes and lasting for 23 seconds. The short film takes the supreme leader in president, China as an example, saying that the supreme leader has gone through at least 16 major job adjustments from the grassroots level in China, which is equivalent to the community in Europe and America, to the top leaders in several provinces (cities) such as Fujian, Zhejiang and Shanghai, to the vice president of the country, and then to the general secretary of the Party and president. This process took more than 40 years. "The new leadership team born in the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in 2012 has all stepped up step by step."

At 3 minutes and 26 seconds, the cartoon image of the supreme leader appeared again, passing through different scenes such as data charts, inspection sites and the Great Hall of the People, indicating that through the previous selection process, "before party member became a leader, he had fully understood China’s national conditions and people’s feelings from the bottom up, experienced the tests and exercises of various urgent and dangerous tasks, and more importantly, he had participated in the discussion and formulation of many major strategies and policies at various levels."

At 4 minutes and 40 seconds, the cartoon image of the supreme leader reappeared for 4 seconds. It was illustrated in the animation form of jumping steps that the generation mechanism of China leaders was "China Kung Fu"-style long-term exercise and selection of talents and abilities.

However, in the end, the short film said, whether it is the vote of the United States in World War I or the long-term exercise of "China Kung Fu", "As long as the people are satisfied, the country develops and the society progresses, this road is right, isn’t it?"

Who is the producer on the road to revival?

Most netizens believe that it is unlikely for ordinary netizens to upload, and it should be an official production.

Where does this interesting short film come from? Is it made by netizens independently or officially? While the network caused a hit, the source and producer of the short film "How Leaders were Tempered" also caused many conjectures among netizens.

Among the comments at the bottom of the short film, most netizens thought it was made by the government, "with vivid and interesting form and strong affinity", and netizens thought it was an improvement of government propaganda, "at least it would cater to the public’s taste". Some netizens interpreted it from the short film producers and thought that "from the signature point of view, it may be released for the official low-key."

At the end of the short film "How Leaders Are Tempered", the logo of "Studio on Fuxing Road" was printed, and the uploading nickname of this short film was also "Fuxing Road". Beijing Youth Daily reporter found that the account only uploaded two short films, that is, the Chinese and English versions of How Leaders were Tempered, and there was no other operation. The registered address of the account is Beijing, showing that the gender is male.

Some netizens speculated from the nickname "Road to Rejuvenation": "In 2012, 15 days after the new Standing Committee took office, it was the first time to go out of Zhongnanhai to visit the exhibition" Road to Rejuvenation ". Therefore, it is more likely that the short film will come from the government.

In addition, some netizens commented that in China, leaders’ images are mostly real people in news pictures, and leaders’ cartoon images should be censored, so it is unlikely for ordinary netizens to upload them.
